The house was perfect for my family’s needs and it is in a great, convenient location! Very clean and well appointed. Check in and check out were the easiest I’ve experienced in a rental and the host was extremely kind and communicative. Highly recommend!
Had a great stay with a group of friends in town for a game. House is in great location convenient to both Vanderbilt and the downtown area. Would stay again.
Highly recommend this property for any trip to Nashville! Was less than 10 minutes to the strip and is in a safe quiet neighborhood. The house is well taken care of and had everything we needed! We will be staying here next time we come to Nashville!
Beautiful, spacious home. Only complaint is need for more light in kitchen. Overhead!

Excellent home for football weekend
The home was a great for us to gather from around the country for a football weekend. The location made getting to/from the stadium easy. We had a great "tailgate" in the backyard. We plan to return to this home.
The house was accomdating for our group. Alot of other items supplied that was nice...like umbrellas, we didnt bring or have to go buy.

Awesome house
The Orleans House was like a home away from home. We had a getaway weekend with 10 guys and the house was perfect. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and space to relax. It is the most stocked house I've every stayed at as far as cooking and linens go. The owner, Greg, was super responsive and even followed up on day of check in to make sure everything was to our liking. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and will be making a trip back to the Orleans House.

This place is so cute! Beds were good. Couch was comfy. Hot tub was nice to relax in after a day of walking those hills. Very cute neighborhood. Highly recommend this for families and large groups. We were a small group so only used down stairs mostly. We didnt cook so i dont know about the stove. Great place!
This house was ideal for a bunch of middle-aged siblings to celebrate a long weekend in Nashville. The living room and back patio were great places to relax and converse; Kitchen was well-equipped; beds and bathrooms quite comfortable. A few minor housekeeping nits have been communicated to the owner. Overall, this was a very enjoyable home.

Amazing house, great hosts!
The house was perfectly sized and well located for our group of 10 ladies. The decor is super cute and quirky, the kitchen is well-stocked, the beds are very comfy (even the air beds!) and the AC works very well (key in Nashville summer). The outdoor spaces and hot tub were great places to hang out in the evenings! But the cherry on top of our whole visit was how our fantastic host went out of his way to give us a place to leave our bags while we waited for our flight the afternoon we left - so sweet and unexpected!! Overall I would highly recommend this house and will definitely stay here on my next visit to Nashville!
Terrible experience with this property. Broken window in kitchen entry door taped over with painters tape, 1 dim wall sconce in the kitchen making it difficult to prep food, filthy hvac filter in floor vent, a/c not working upstairs forcing people to sleep on couches downstairs, water leaking through ceiling, hot tub unusable, dirty/ broken bamboo privacy panels around the hot tub, flaking paint/ glaze in the bath tub, had to change and cancel plans due to repair people showing up, noone from property management company stepping in to deal with these issues, horrible communication from management company. Ruined my 50th birthday celebration. Would not recommend this property.

one of the best
Each year I take my 5 grown up sons on a special Dad and Boys adventure. This year we chose Nashville. We always stay in a VRBO property. This year was one of the best. The home was centrally located, not more than 20 minutes away from all of the best attractions and the airport. The 5 bedrooms had the most comfortable King and Queen size beds that we have ever slept in. The kitchen was loaded with everything you could want for making the best meals, even down to the fresh 1/2 and 1/2 individual creamers in the frig. The entire home was decorated in the most beautiful and whimsical items. The owner was more than accommodating and although we never met him, he was available for anything we might have needed. Great upscale neighborhood. A very pleasant surprise.

Awesome stay! Will definitely be back to rent again!
If you are looking for the ideal location to stay in Nashville, this is it! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you could ever need ... right down to the variety of party hats in the kitchen closet. We had a group of 8 ... and the beauty of this home is there are so many separate spaces to relax. Plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. The kitchen is fully stocked and really set up nicely for groups. We all commented on how ridiculously comfortable the beds were --- typically, rental mattresses leave you feeling a bit crippled in the morning .... not these! I was more comfortable on these beds then I am at home. There is also a great patio outback with nice furniture --- awesome spot for coffee in the morning or guitar playing around the fire pit at night. We opted to use Uber to get around town --- lots to do --- and everything right around the corner. I highly recommend that you check this place out if you are headed to Nashville!

So pleased you had a great time at The Orleans House!
Greg
No AC in half of the upstairs, there was a non functional window unit with mold on the exhaust panels. Hot tub advertised was below fill line and dirty. Downstairs tub base peeling & chipped to the point of compromised safety - unusable. Outside patio very filthy, patio furniture looked like it came out of the trash. Tried to contact host, I was ignored no answer but when I reached out to VRBO directly host contacted me and had hot tub addressed, also claimed AC was fixed but it was not. Original listing showed pool table in the home & when I brought it up to the host he deleted this mention from the original listing and sent me a screenshot of edited version to dispute. Very steep driveway, note for guests with mobility issues. Also note construction site next door as a home was demolished and being rebuilt so beware sitting outside is not pleasant. We could not enjoy the patio and slept with 3 fans at full speed pointed at us all night upstairs throughout the stay bc it was stifling hot and I just didn’t want to deal with this host on my vacation any longer. Note to host - walk your property and take care of these issues as if you were sleeping there.
