Welcome to this beautifully designed, brand-new apartment on the French Riviera — completed in May 2026 and ready to make your stay truly unforgettable.

Located on the fifth floor in the heart of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, this bright and thoughtfully designed apartment offers two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living area, and a generous private terrace (25 sqm, southwest-facing) bathed in afternoon and evening sun, with lovely sea views. Whether you’re here for a short escape or a longer retreat, you’ll immediately feel at home. The master bedroom has a bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, and the other bedroom has a bed measuring 150 x 190 cm. In the living room, there is a sofa bed (140 x 193 cm). There are ACs in both bedrooms and in the living room.

The spacious terrace is made for living — picture lazy lunches in the sun, alfresco dinners as the light fades, and quiet evenings with the Mediterranean shimmering in the distance. The beach is just a short stroll away (approximately 100 metres), so the sea is never far from reach. The terrace comes with a Weber grill, ideal for cooking up delicious meals outdoors.

The building also features a stunning rooftop pool with panoramic sea views, which will be furnished with sun loungers in mid-July 2026. — perfect for those mornings when you want to start the day right.

The gym is also brand-new and equipped with a treadmill, a Stairmaster, free weights, a barbell, and much more.

Both the pool and gym are reserved exclusively for residents of the building. A private garage space with electric vehicle charging is included, adding an extra layer of convenience for guests arriving by car.

Getting around couldn’t be easier. The train station is just steps from the building (approximately 100 metres), with direct connections to Monaco (only 7 minutes away), Nice, and Italy — making this the ideal base for exploring the Riviera at your own pace, no car needed.
