As you enter this two-bedroom apartment, you are immediately welcomed
by an airy, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room. The kitchen is
fitted with seamless white cabinetry and an elegant, tiled backsplash,
providing the space with a sleek, yet homey feel. The kitchen is fully
equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable self-catering
stay, including modern appliances such as a microwave, extractor fan,
dishwasher and a front-loading washing machine. Adjacent to the
kitchen, you will find a dining table that can comfortably accommodate
up to five people.
Walking through the kitchen and dining area, you will find a tastefully
decorated living room. Large glass balcony doors and windows bathe the
space with natural sunlight while offering spectacular ocean views. The
living room contains a television and plush furnishings, making it
perfect for a cosy night in with friends or family. The area features a
balcony, providing guests with a closer view of Bloubergstrand’s
stunning coastal scenery.
The main bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed with a bedside table
on each side. The room features a large wardrobe that provides ample
storage space, breathtaking ocean and mountain views, a floating vanity
table, and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, toilet,
washbasin, and shelving for additional storage. The second bedroom is
also fitted with a queen-size bed and two bedside tables. The room
features a wardrobe and a large window that allows for natural light to
flood into the room. Further, the apartment includes a second shared
bathroom that is fitted with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and washbasin.
Towels and linen will be provided for your stay

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
