Head up the long driveway to this magnificent limestone property, which boasts bright and airy interiors and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. Escape with your group of eight and visit historic properties and scenic sites from this wonderful retreat. Your closest shop and pub are around 2 miles away in Corby Glen, while the market town of Grantham (12 miles) has a wider range of amenities. Take a trip to the superb Rutland Water Country Park (17 miles), which offers water sports, cycling, walking, and fishing. It is also home to a bustling nature reserve, which hosts a wide range of birds. If you fancy discovering some local history, spend a day at the National Trust’s Belton Estate (15 miles) or, slightly further afield, Belvoir Castle (20 miles) – two quintessential English country estates.

Leave your walking shoes in the boot room and head through the large entrance hall into the main living space. A bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is the heart of the home and features bi-fold doors across the back wall, providing far-reaching views across the acres of land surrounding the property. Rustle up meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the practical kitchen, situated around a central island/breakfast bar where guests can socialise with the chef. A large dining table provides a perfect spot for group dinners, and the lovely lounge has sumptuous seating, a wonderful wood burner, and a Smart TV. Adjacent to this space is a handy utility room complete with laundry facilities and extra storage. When you’re ready for some shuteye, you can choose from four en-suite bedrooms: two king-size rooms, a double, and a family room. There is also a separate WC at the entrance of this property.

Outside, you’ll find a spacious patio with garden furniture for dining alfresco, along with the 6 acres that surround the property. You’re free to explore this land, which comprises open fields and woodlands. Private parking is provided for four cars.
