Located one mile from the centre of South Molton, this property is within easy reach of the town’s markets, supermarket, numerous pubs and restaurants. Keen walkers should head to Exmoor National Park, which boasts a plethora of scenic routes, each displaying wonderful flora and fauna. Head to the coast to discover the string of sandy beaches on Devon’s north coast, including Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Westward Ho!, together with a collection of traditional fishing villages and towns such as Clovelly, Lynton, Lynmouth and Porlock.
This single storey property offers attractive accommodation perfect for two and has been finished to a high standard. On entering the lodge guests will find the spacious open-plan layout with comfortable chairs and sofa arranged so that guests can enjoy the view from the large windows and along with a Smart TV. Behind the seating area, the kitchen offers everything that guests will need to feel at home with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The property’s king-size bedroom is located off the living area and has a light filled and spacious feel thanks to the patio doors which lead to the private outside seating area. The en-suite shower room is contemporarily styled with a bath, separate shower cubicle and WC. Outside, the private patio offers a table and chairs, BBQ, and sun loungers for guests to relax on while enjoying the stunning views over the lake. Guests are, of course, free to explore the grounds, and enjoy lakeside walks. Ample parking is also provided in a separate parking area just a few minutes’ walk from the property. A handy shed can be used to store boots, and outdoor equipment, etc.
Please note, there is no access to fishing on the lakes when booking this lodge.
