Executive Luxury Luxury Home in the Safe Gated Community

Effective October 23, 2022 we will not accept rental for less than 91 days because we have to comply with the new law of city and county of Honolulu.
In an exclusive Gated Community, this home is safe, quiet and situated in just on top of the hill for peaceful enjoyment of the property and beautiful surroundings with panoramic views from Diamond Head to the west part of the island (Barber's Point).

The shopping center, entertainment, library, medical facilities, golf courses, parks, beaches, new Makana Alii Mall, UH West Oahu, Ko Olina Beach Resort, Four Seasons, Paradise Luau, Germaine's Luau, Aulani Disney Resort, and spa are just a short drive away.

Feature 2 to 5 BR, large conference room with a 60" Sony flatscreen HDTV and real carving stone of fine art are decorated. A 42" Sony flatscreen HDTV is located in the living room. Free cable and wireless internet service are provided. Genuine Italian furniture is provided.

The full private kitchen has beautiful island granite countertop with German Gaggenau cooktop. In the kitchen, you are surrounded by Bosch exhausted hood, Bosch dishwasher, Bosch convection oven, Panasonic microwave, and double-wide GE refrigerator/freezer. There are a coffee maker, toaster, blender, plates bowls, spoons, forks, etc. This home has a full-size washer and dryer.

Despite listing for 2 BR and 1.5 baths this beautiful home has 5 BR and 4.5 baths can accommodate up to 12 people and the rate starts from $275 to $825 per night. There are 4 Queen beds and 1 California King bed. The driveway can park up to 7 cars. This home is graded as the business class with the rate of a 5-star review.

This unit never is rented two different groups at the same time (not sharing room). Because our property locates on top of the hill with high elevation, guests do not need AC and can enjoy almost all year round of trade wind that keeps them cool of natural weather. They also can exercise by running, jogging and walking in a very very safe gated community. Guests can enjoy ocean and mountain views.

Distance from here to Honolulu International airport is only 30 minutes drive.

Kapolei is the best location on Oahu

This is a beautiful property! Clean, comfortable, peaceful and very safe. Kapolei is one of the best places on the island. Not too busy but close to stores like Costco and Target. This property is very close to great beaches and it is less than a 10 minute drive to the only water park in Hawaii. We will definitely consider staying at this home again the next time we visit Oahu.

Unique, special, delightful

William is probably one of the most renter-oriented owners I have met. His genuine care for those that stay in his property is reflected in communication, his willingness to provide extra attention and care where able, and desire to share his story and listen to yours. The property and community itself is excellent. The home is unique and the experience was far superior to staying in a resort or hotel. Price couldn't be beat, either. Highly recommended.

A private getaway spot

I found this excellent location online by chance. I needed a place to stay, close to family, while preparing for my aunt's celebration of life service. The owner, William, was very kind and accommodating and made sure we had all of things we needed. I plan to come back at a later date.

Awesome Stay!!

We feel so blessed to have stayed here during our first visit to Hawaii. The house is beautiful and exceptionally clean! We initially stayed for 4 nights and then returned for another 2 nights because we were unhappy at the resort we booked for the second half of our trip. We were all ecstatic and relieved to go back to this property! William was so kind and gave us many valuable pointers about the island.
