About this property
2 Bed in Worcester (oc-cc065)
Situated three quarters of a mile from the picturesque village of Clifton-on-Teme, which has a shop, post office and pubs, this beautiful bungalow is a convenient base for touring the Heart of England and the Welsh Marches. Enjoy the many castles, walks and historic villages that are all within easy travelling distance, or head further afield to discover the historic city of Worcester. Close to many popular attractions such as Severn Valley Railway or West Midlands Safari Park, there is a coarse fishing lake and the River Teme nearby, as well as the spectacular Malvern Hills to explore. All of this surrounds a truly rural and peaceful location, yet is only 15 miles from the motorway network.
One of three beautiful bungalows, this property has spectacular views of the countryside and has been lovingly renovated from an old farm building into a gorgeous holiday cottage. The open plan living space is ideal for relaxing after a day out discovering everything in the region, with comfortable sofas and a TV to watch, as well as a lovely dining table to seat up to four people to enjoy meals together. The kitchen is contemporary and well-equipped, benefiting from an electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is a spacious bedroom with king-size, and another light and airy room with twin single beds. The shower room features a shower cubicle, WC, and sun tunnel.
The French doors in the lounge lead onto a private patio area, perfect for an evening drink or treat yourself to a cream tea in The Apple Box open air cafe available from Thursday to Sunday, or head to the communal games room. For total relaxation, there is a private hot tub.
