Enjoy this spacious 120 m² apartment, ideal for families and groups of up to 6 people seeking tranquillity, comfort and an excellent location to discover the Costa del Sol. From the property you can enjoy pleasant sea and mountain views, in a very peaceful residential environment, just a few minutes from Los Álamos and Bajondillo beaches.



The accommodation has 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms with shower, a spacious lounge with Smart TV and direct access to a magnificent 50 m² terrace, perfect for breakfast outdoors, relaxing or sharing family moments. It features air conditioning in all rooms, high-speed fibre wifi, cot, high chair and pool towels for a comfortable stay throughout the year. 🏡✨



The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Italian coffee maker and Dolce Gusto, air fryer, toaster, kettle and all the necessary kitchenware to cook as if you were at home. ☕🍽️



Outside you can enjoy a communal swimming pool, shared only with another apartment, with a solar shower and ample spaces to relax. Furthermore, it is very easy to park for free in the surroundings of the property. 🏊‍♂️🌴



Its location allows you to access Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Málaga city, the airport, golf courses, water parks and the main beaches of the Costa del Sol in just a few minutes. 🚗🌅



Important: the property occupies the lower floor of a villa. The main entrance to the estate is shared with the owner, who resides on the upper floor, whilst the apartment has completely independent access to guarantee guest privacy. Pets are not permitted.



An excellent option to enjoy a peaceful holiday, with spacious areas and a privileged location near the sea and the main attractions of the Costa del Sol. ✨



Just as we do in all the other properties of our CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES brand, all our accommodation includes towels and sheets. We have cots and high chairs available upon request for babies aged 0 to 2 years. And all of this, absolutely FREE. 🍼✨
