The apartment consists of a living room, an open kitchen, a bedroom area, a bathroom, and a balcony.

-Living Room: Here you’ll find a sofa bed, a TV for your entertainment, and a dining table with chairs.

-Open-concept kitchen: equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, sink, kitchen utensils, glasses, and a set of pots and pans.

-Sleeping area: comfortable and cozy, with a double bed, a single bed, and a spacious closet for your personal belongings.

-Bathroom: equipped with a spacious shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hair dryer, and a complimentary toiletries kit for each guest.

-Balcony: private, with a pleasant view of Milan.

In-person verification is required at our office, as mandated by Milan law. As soon as you check in person, we will provide you with the digital keys.

There is an extra charge of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.

There is an extra charge of €15 per hour for late check-out after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, A PENALTY WILL BE IMPOSED.

We offer a crib service for families, but we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything your baby needs. The rental fee is only €20.
