Amplia casa de playa de bajo mantenimiento ~ perfecta para una escapada inolvidable.

Los huéspedes disfrutan del amanecer desde todas las habitaciones en la mañana, diversión y relajación en la tarde y relajarse el día alrededor de una animada fogata a orillas del lago. Disfruta de los lujos del hogar con TV por cable y Wi-Fi.

Naturalmente bien iluminado, totalmente amueblado, 3 dormitorios con 1 baño completo.

Duerme 10 con seis camas en total: dos dormitorios arriba, cada uno con una reina. Un dormitorio en la planta baja con dos camas individuales nuevas. También está equipado con un sofá cama queen en la sala de estar de arriba y un futón queen en la sala de TV de abajo.

Sala de estar de nivel superior totalmente amueblada con puerta corredera para cubierta envolvente con vista al lago. Sala de TV de nivel inferior con mesa de juego y puerta corrediza de vidrio con acceso directo al patio, hoguera, playa de arena y lago refrescante.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con lo básico para cocinar y servir, microondas, horno, anafe, refrigerador, olla arrocera, tostadora y servicio de café Kahrig. Barbacoa de carbón disponible en la terraza al aire libre.

Puede alquilar botes, motos de agua y otros juguetes acuáticos en la zona (Annandale, Delano, Monticello).

Lago de destino para pescar lubinas, norteños y basura, y definitivamente peces sol alrededor del muelle, a los niños les encanta la pesca en el muelle. Muchas casas de pesca en invierno.
Nuestro bote no está allí, pero tenemos 2 canoas y un kayak en el océano (siéntate, no en).

La casa es octogonal con un ventilador de techo y ventanas en todos los lados que crean una brisa increíble en todo el hogar desde el lago y lo convierten en un entorno muy cómodo sin aire acondicionado. Viene con una unidad de ventana AC para el dormitorio de nivel inferior. Raramente si alguna vez se usa.

Lavadora y secadora disponibles en el nivel inferior.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. We loved the paddle boards, fishing, and spending time by the water. The indoor space was comfortable and we had places to relax, cook, and play games. We would definitely stay again.

Nice beach comfortable cottage

Clean and stocked very well, kitchen, bath, bedrooms. There are a couple of boards on dock walk that need to be replaced which are broken. We enjoyed our stay and thank you for a great vacation.

Comfortable stay & really responsive host

We just returned from a very relaxing week. The host’s communication & responsiveness were top-notch. The cabin is very airy & remained comfortable without air conditioning throughout our stay. Beds were very comfortable. The deck overlooking the lake is a great place to sit in the evenings.

Comfy and just right

Julie was excellent host, responded quickly. When I asked her beforehand if there were a couple things at the place, she ordered them (crockpot, sheet pans, etc). It was nice not to have to haul those things with! It’s an older place that needs some work but nothing that affected our stay. Would go there again.

The online pictures are not accurate, listing said window A/C unit but that wasn’t even in, one ceiling fan, so incredibly hot. The basement smelt due to the humidity and condensation. Pictures made the property look bigger than what it was.

The extreme heat warnings and record highs of 96° here in Minnesota this weekend were challenging. Thank you for sharing your feedback. To clarify, the window A/C unit is in the lower level had not been installed prior to your stay, now installed. The lake breeze with windows open is usually enough to keep the house cool as outlined in the welcome letter. Several fans are available throughout the home. The lower level is a finished space and, like many in the lake area, can be more humid in summer. Using and emptying the humidifier regularly will solve this concern. We strive to present the home accurately in both photos and description, and will continue to work on enhancing the guest experience.

It was decent, not great

The pros of the property were the views of the lake, lake items such as kayaks and paddle boards and a Lilly pad. The fire pit was pretty nice except there was a large anmount of long screws and nails just thrown in there along with a bunch of other metal objects. Would have been nice if it was cleaned out. Our children enjoyed playing in the sand and water. Loved the life jackets there so we didn’t have to bring our own. The cons were,it was incredibly dirty when we arrived and we had to clean it ourselves. No beds were made and we had to dig around in closets to find sheets which you weren’t sure if they were clean. There were packages of new bedding but it smelled so bad we simply didn’t use it. There were piles of laundry and towels everywhere which made it feel like kinda gross. The dock was so unsafe,with boards that would fall off if kids stepped on it, this needs to be replaced which meant our kids couldn’t fishing off it as advertised. For what we paid which was a lot per night this was a bit disappointing.

Nice little lake house

Our week at the cabin was awesome. We had a great stay, and the cabin was very comfortable. Our beds, pillows and bedding were all clean and comfortable and there was enough room for everyone. Plenty of towels... you don't need to bring any. Grocery store nearby had everything we needed. The kitchen is tiny but we grilled most every night and there was everything we needed for that. There is a lot of grass and seaweed in the lake near the shore but when we went out into the lake it was perfect. Perfect temperature and calm waters. Not many motorized boats at all. Quiet area. The owner Julie was there when we arrived and gave us a quick run down of all we needed and check out was easy. We had some severely hot days but the window AC in the basement cooled things off until a storm came and the temp improved. The washer/drier was nice to have, and the extra refrigerator downstairs was helpful as well. We used the paddle boards, canoe and kayaks every day. There were plenty of life jackets too. We chose this because of the lake and the "cabin" feel. We did not want a condo or a perfectly decorated/high end place. We wanted to have fun, enjoy the lake and each other and that's just what we did! With our large family and two dogs, it was just right. Thank you Julie!

Love the beach!

I think I picked the hottest weekend of the year to rent so it was quite steamy without AC but that was ok because we were in the lake a lot. Loved having the paddleboards and kayaks. It's a little weedy in front of the beach but a short paddle out to swim is easy. The firepit is beautiful but it was too hot for us to have a fire. If your stay includes a Saturday you must hit the Wright County Swappers Meet. Super fun. This is our second time here and we'll be back. Julie is an awesome host!

Week at the lake

It was perfect for my family of 4. My teenage sons had plenty of room in the downstairs bedroom. We loved the kayaks and the outdoor space. Host was very responsive. It was a great time! Would definitely come back!

Outside amenities is the best part of this property

Check-in was super smooth. The outside view is beautiful! The outdoor fire pit and sandy area is great, esp for our little kiddos. The property also comes with floatied, a couple kayaks, paddle board, canoe and some fishing poles. All in good shape! The water by the sandy area is filled with a bunch of weeds. We really didn’t mind it, but if that’s not your thing, you’ll not enjoy it. I think the biggest bummer was the inside of the property. The place feels crammed and has a lot of stuff in it. Like even odds and ends. The kitchen is really small and there is no room to place the food you bring other than what goes into the fridge. We were there on some cooler days so the lack of air conditioning upstairs didn’t bother us with all the fans they had on hand and opening the windows for the breeze off the lake. Overall, if you are looking for a good outside experience by the lake and don’t care about inside amenities then I think this place has what you are looking for!

Loved our stay here. We would love to come back. The only thing I wish it had was a bigger swimming area. The seaweeds were thick.

July Vacation

We had a great time! Weather was perfect to use all of the water toys they provide! Great location, great beach, the lake was pretty weedy, but we made do with our boays and the Lilly Pad. It was a hot weekend, so air conditioning in the upper level would have been nice to have. I would recommend this place for a nice get away!

Yes the furniture/tv are outdated but honestly who spends a vacation watching tv or just sitting in the house? Not me. It was 90 plus degrees everyday when I was here and with the lake, windows in the fan(bring extra fans that’s what I did), the AC unit in the downstairs bedroom you’ll be fine. The only reason why I did a 4/5 was because the swimming area by the dock & off the beach had so much seaweed/algae/rocks it was hard to enjoy a swim without going out about 15 feet with the boat & Lilly pad so you didn’t have to worry about all that stuff. I’m also a glamper & the kids/preteens with me didn’t like touching all the seaweed at the bottom & if you don’t mind that its perfect for you. If this was my property I would invest in swimming area around the dock/beach by getting rid of the seaweed/algae/rocks. But overall I would rent again ! Loved everything Julie supplied such as the paddle boats, canoe, Lilly pad, & floaties. She was also very responsive which is a huge plus! I was concerned about the wasp nest under the deck & she texted me instantly back hopefully she gets that figured out. (But the wasp did not bother us at all)

Pleasant stay

The beach was amazing, my kids absolutely loved playing in the water and the sand. It was great for sand castles! The house was comfortable, although the furniture and TV could use an update. I do think it needs a good deep clean, some light bulbs replaced, screens repaired to keep out the bugs, etc. The deck was amazing, and we loved taking advantage of the fire pit and charcoal grill! Thank you for a relaxing vacation!
