気になった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The property was booked for 2 adults and 2 children and was advertised as sleeping 4. Unfortunately, when we arrived there was only one double bed and no sleeping accommodation provided for our two children. The small two-seat sofa was not a sofa bed and no additional mattress had been left at the property.
We contacted the host that evening and they confirmed in writing that there is only one bed and explained that an air mattress would normally have been provided for the children. However, our reservation clearly showed 2 adults and 2 children.
By the time this was established it was late and we had an early university open day the following morning, so relocating four people overnight wasn't realistically possible.
The location was convenient, but cleanliness could also have been better, particularly behind the sofa. Most importantly, accommodation advertised and booked as sleeping four should have sleeping arrangements prepared for all four confirmed guests.
