We are delighted to host you at our property. Please read this manual carefully to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Check-In & Check-Out

🕒 Check-In: 3:00 PM
🕛 Check-Out: 11:00 AM
🔑 Key Access: Keys are stored in a lockbox. The code will be provided before your arrival. Please return the key to the lockbox upon departure.

Check-In Instructions

Arrive at the Redwood Property at or after 3:00 PM.

Locate the lockbox near the front door.

Enter the provided access code to retrieve the key.

Unlock the door and let yourself in.

Please take a moment to review the house manual and WiFi details.

If you encounter any issues, contact the property manager.

House Rules

🚭 No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use the designated outdoor area and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
🐶 Pets – Allowed with pre-approval and with a minimal fee.
🎉 No Parties – Please keep noise levels down, especially after 10:00 PM.🗑 Trash & Recycling – Dispose of trash in the designated bins outside. Recycling is encouraged.

Oven & Stove: Turn off after use.

Dishwasher: Use the provided detergent and run a cycle before check-out.

Microwave: Ensure the door is properly closed before use.

Refrigerator: Keep the door closed to maintain temperature.

🛁 Bathroom:

Water Heater: Always turn off when not in use.

Toilet: Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.

🌡 Heating & Cooling:

Thermostat: Keep temperature between 68-74°F.

Windows & Doors: Keep closed when the HVAC is on.
