On the ground floor, the entrance leads into a welcoming living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a television, and a fan. The first bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 double bed of 160 cm and benefits from a fan, with direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds of 80 cm each, also with a fan. The ground floor further includes a well-appointed kitchenette fitted with an oven, a gas stove with 5 gas rings, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, and a kettle, as well as a shower and WC. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features an open living and dining room with access to the terrace, and a third bedroom distinguished by a panoramic window and furnished with 1 double bed of 160 cm, also with direct terrace access. This level is completed by an open kitchen with 4 hot plates and a second shower and WC. It is important to note that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 floors.
