The cottage features two comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need during your stay, a cosy lounge, and a private courtyard at the rear where you can enjoy a morning coffee or unwind after a day of exploring.

For those evenings when you want to relax indoors, the cottage has large Smart TVs in both the main bedroom and lounge, each with access to Netflix. Guests can also enjoy a selection of board games and books provided at the property, offering the perfect way to spend a quiet evening together.

Long before Eastbourne became a popular seaside resort, Old Town was the centre of the local community, and today its tree-lined streets, period cottages and independent businesses make it one of the town's most desirable places to stay.

Just around the corner, you'll find a wonderful selection of independent cafés, bakeries, local shops and traditional pubs, including The Lamb and The Rainbow, both less than a two-minute walk from the cottage.
