The beach view was from the living room and not the bedroom. I usually have an ocean view from the bedroom and the pictures were slightly deceiving. I stay at Top’sl every year, so I love the location and amenities of the property.

The unit was clean and had a beautiful view. Plan ahead to bring things like paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. as it was only a small amount provided but this is stated in the listing.

July 2020 Stay

This condo met all of our expectations. We were very happy with our stay. The balcony is very big and has a great view of the ocean. Very short walk from elevators to the pools and beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place on the beach

Nice place could use better pillows and provide paper towels and garbage bags and beach items. The pickle ball courts were very nice and the restaurants in the area were good. The beach was very nice the sand is amazing. Went on a party boat fishing was excellent. Nice view from the deck

We are so glad you were pleased with your stay and enjoyed the pickle ball courts, restaurants, deck and beach! And we totally agree, the sand is truly amazing!! However, we are so sorry if you were not pleased with our pillows. Although the pillows are brand new and fit the owners liking, we will be sure to pass this info along for further consideration. We also apologize if you were in need of extra paper towels, garbage bags, and beach items. To ensure our guests are fully prepared for their stay, a list of provided items is included in the check-in instructions sent prior to arrival. Instructions state that guests will receive only a starter pack of supplies (soap, toilet paper, detergent, etc.), however, we regret any inconvenience this may have caused! Again, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay and greatly appreciate your feedback! We hope to see you again!

Our stay was pleasant and with the exception of the door lock hiccup but it was handled immediately.

No problems after we got door lock situation worked out. We loved the facility

This was our second time at Tops'l, and we love the location. However, the condo wasn't my favorite. The coffee maker did not work (and there was no Keurig); lightbulbs blown in various spots and batteries missing from remotes. Also, very few dishes, NO beach supplies or toys for kids like last year's had. The AC vents leaked water. The view was pretty and condo was relatively clean.

Beautiful place well decorated. Super friendly host. Few light bulbs were out. Secondary shower wouldn’t drain well. Could never get the main tv in the living room to connect to the cable to watch tv. But the view and furnishings of the place were awesome. We would stay again. Great little bar and grill at the pool and a beautiful beach.
