Why Lloyd Streit chose St. Marys
The Telephone Exchange Building was an important fixture on the downtown waterfront for decades. We have paid tribute to that legacy with a collection of vintage phones on site.

Perfect for a girls' weekend away!!
Beautifully appointed, convenient, fun place to stay!! This apartment had everything we needed, and a bonus - upper deck seating/dining overlooking the river, where we saw a shooting star on our first night (turn off the porch light for best night sky viewing) while enjoying a frosty beverage in the sea breeze! We kept talking about how much fun the decorator must have had, it's that cute. The beds and pillows were comfy, towels abundant, and what a peaceful place - one friend couldn't sleep because it was too quiet on a Friday night! A tankless water heater made our time here even better, with 4 people trying to shower we had no worries.
That said, and nothing to do with the apartment itself, if you want breakfast or brunch there's apparently only one cafe within walking distance that opens before 11, which I was told by the visitor's center and one other person that the service is slow there, so if you want breakfast, bring some eggs or drive to find some brekkies.
Check in at the ferry is a block to your right, the ferry itself is a block to the left, and if you need anything there's a gift/convenience/ice cream/fudge place next door, too!
Lloyd was friendly and responsive, got right back to me with any questions I had. I would absolutely recommend this HomeAway and will most probably return with my friends, can't wait!
Great place to stay!
We really enjoyed our visit and had a wonderful place to stay. The apartment was wonderfully furnished and everything we could possibly need. We had great views of the harbor and watched the pelicans float by as well as launch from cape Canaveral. We'd stay again anytime, Lloyd from the real estate company was great and answered all our questions.
Thank you again and we hope to return very soon...
Fantastic place; wonderful view.
Will stay there again and recommend to friends and family.
We are glad you stayed! If your future travels have you returning, we love to have you back for a visit. Thanks again!
More than we imagined.....
Our stay can be summed up in one word --- FANTASTIC. It was a weekend getaway to a place we love. The accommodations exceeded our expectations, the refurbishing of this historic building was completed with a focus on the area and of the highest quality. Every room was completely decorated down to the littlest detail. The view from our balcony overlooking the river and wetlands was breathtaking. What an awesome place to relax and chill-out. The downside was having to leave when we felt so much at home. This is a place we will want to book again and again. This had everything that made it a 5-star, you will not be disappointed.
