Great spot, would definitely stay again. The porch is amazing and private! Host was lovely- offered to drop off blankets to help with the unseasonably cold weather.

I selected this "vacation villa" because it had so many of the features that the people I know said they wanted in their vacation. Some of the things they mentioned were an enjoyable private outdoor space, a kitchen that is usable, an easy walk to the beach, good restaurants at different prices nearby, outdoor activities, and quiet at night. This also has a large screened porch. I'm always delighted to know that my guests enjoyed their vacation.

I think this is a great spot for easy access to the beach and other amenities. Communication was easy, and the snacks are a nice touch. Directions for entry and care of the space are clear.

The place is just as described. I appreciated the cleanliness and the quality linens and towels, including the beach towels. A perfect beach get away only a few minutes walk to the beach.

Providing a restful and relaxing "home away from home" is one of my top goals for all guests. Making them feel special and appreciated is also important. That's why I put out some snacks, and have nice towels - and big Beach towels. It's a little extra time - and they're worth it!

This condo is the best ever! Host is amazing. Condo is clean and decorated in quality furniture, bedding, rugs, etc. Host leaves snacks, coffees, gallon of iced-cold water in fridge to start your relaxing vacation. Wraparound screened in porch is wonderful. I would highly recommend staying at this condo.

I have visited this condo several times. It is clean, very relaxing and the owner is wonderful. Wrap around porch is tranquil. Host leaves water and snacks which is a nice touch. I highly recommend this place.

This condo was in a great location. Although an older complex, everything was very nice. We loved all the trees and the very large screened porch. Condo was well stocked for our visit. We had a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay.We have family in the area. Staying at the condo made it very easy to go to and from. We got to spend time with them. We enjoyed the peace and quiet.The condo has everything u need for a beach visit. The location is great. We will definitely be coming back here for another stay! Our host was so helpful.

We loved this place. It's lovely and it's a great location. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants. We especially loved the back porch! The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house so it was nice for privacy for two couples. We would definitely stay there again.

Condo is in a great location. It is clean, has a very large screened in porch, great layout. Host leaves water and snacks. Host is very helpful and responds quickly to any questions. I would highly recommend this place to stay in Amelia Island.

This condo is a great place. It's nicely decorated, clean, has plenty of beach stuff, and a large community pool. Plus, it's minutes from the beach, restaurants, and the downtown area.
