Upstairs in the loft area the view is the best! There are 3 additional bedrooms downstairs making room for the whole family. There are decks on both sides so no matter the weather, you're sheltered. The new hot tub is under the back deck. This home has been thoughtfully designed and furnished for great vacations including full use of the garage, a couple of beach-cruiser bikes, WIFI and it's pet-friendly too!

3 level house. 1st level entry has bedroom with queen bed , bedroom with queen bed , bedroom with queen bed and twin/twin bunks and full hall bath. Garage and laundry on first level. Hot tub is off of back patio. 2nd level has great room with kitchen, dining area, living room, 1/2 bath and 2 decks. Master bedroom with king bed and full bath. 3rd floor loft accessible by spiral staircase has 2 twin beds.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
