2br 2 bath Deluxe unit with king Beds. Beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Vacation on the Emerald Coast in this idyllic location! Majestic Sun is situated across from the Gulf of Mexico. The structure boasts the iconic arch over the pool. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee as you watch the sunrise from the balcony or sip cocktails while viewing gorgeous sunsets.

Majestic Sun A213 is a two-bedroom Deluxe model vacation rental that has been remodeled in 2021-2022.The unit is furnished to provide you with all the necessities you will need while visiting the Emerald Coast. The unit accommodate up to six people. It is located on the second floor which can be accessed by elevator. The balcony spans the width of the unit offering perfect views of the Gulf from both the living room and Master suite. The unit has an open floor plan between the main living, dining and kitchen areas. A black mottled granite countertop with bar height bar stools provides additional seating while entertaining guests.

The Master Bedroom boasts its own access to the Gulf facing balcony. Master bath has double sinks with black granite countertop.

Majestic Sun offers a heated indoor pool which connects and spills down to the adjoining outside pool. Two steaming hot tubs are located outside on either side of the pool. Multiple chairs are provided for lounging in the sun. All is enclosed by a fence to provide security for guests utilizing amenities of majestic Sun. There is also a full fitness center on site that overlooks the beautiful white Gulf beaches.

This is a great place to stay! Right across from Miramar beach. Gorgeous views from balcony. Close walk to clean and family friendly beach. Close to restaurants. Janie was the most attentive host I’ve had in the many years of vacations to this area. She stayed in contact to make sure all was good. Condo was clean and well kept. Adequate space. Plenty of towels and toiletries. More than adequate kitchen items, utensils, pots/pans, plates. Great size pantry. Resort staff always working/cleaning property. Our family recommends this condo and host for the best stay. We will book here again.

Perfect Place for our beach vacation!

We went back to celebrate our anniversary! Perfect location. We loved the first floor location & the view from the inside/balcony was stunning. Just steps away from the beach. We were able to rent chairs & an umbrella from a recommendation from Janie. The company had them up for us each day & it made a huge difference to not worry about finding a spot on the beach. Janie is an incredible host & makes sure that every need is taken care of. We had a sick little one at the beginning of our trip & she was a blessing by calling to let us know we could arrive earlier than scheduled. She even asked how he was doing a few days later. This is a phenomenal listing & I would recommend this to anyone looking for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in the Miramar/Destin area!

She is super responsive to any questions or concerns! 2) The condo - comfortable bedding, beach towels provided, beach chairs provided, amenities provided in kitchen. Fabulous water pressure in both showers! 3) The area - Very walkable to the pool/hottub, fitness center, the beach, restaurants, shopping, and more! Condo was super clean and was very roomy! More storage and closet space than any other place I’ve stayed on vacation. Easy access to the beach and walking distance to a few restaurants and coffee shops. Jane was a great host and had everything in the condo we needed.

We spent 2 weeks at Majestic Sun, and we loved. Beautiful view, great pools and hot tubs, and the location allowed to walk to many stores and restaurants. We had everything we needed for the beach, and what a beautiful beach it is! Janie was a wonderful host, and supplied everything we needed for our stay. Her communication with us was above and beyond. We will be back!

This is the second year we have spent Christmas at this condo in Majestic Sun and we absolutely love it. The view is gorgeous and the condo is nicely updated with upscale furnishings. The facility has first rate amenities and location is perfect. Owner is super responsive!

This condo was in a fabulous location with a spectacular view and easy access to pool & beach! It was super clean with plenty of space for all of us! I had read a prior review that mentioned the ice machine was slow to keep up, so I brought my ice trays from home to prevent any issues. This condo is on the 2nd floor, so we rarely used the elevators as the stairs were super close by & quicker! There was a fabulous icecream shop & souveniour shop on the first floor of building as well! I would definitely consider coming back on our next visit! I appreciated the hostess’ quick response time and she called on a few occasions to let us know we would be able to access condo earlier in day, to ensure all was good- she had good dinner recommendations as well! I would recommend trying the Cabana Cafe for a quiet dinner away from the hustle & bustle -located behind the condos behind* the Majestic Sun ☀️ 🐚 Enjoy!!!

The condo was VERY clean! Beautiful view of the beach! Overlooks the pool as well. Stairs very close to the condo so you don’t have to wait on the elevator. Very spacious balcony to watch the dolphins in the mornings. Beds very comfortable as well! Highly recommend! Janie is awesome to deal with! Thank you Janie!!!!!

Charlie and I have lived in the area for over 35 years. We recently retired and want to do things we enjoy. I"m from Pensacola, Florida which has white beaches but can not compare to the emerald green waters of Destin. Charlie enjoys Golf and fishing , I love the beach and have been known to shop.

Why they chose this property

"Majestic" is a great word for this resort!! 2000 feet of magnificant open shoreline,spectacular Gulf views of emerald green waters, white sandy beaches, the sunsets are awesome, and you might see a dolphin romping in the surf.
The property is excellently maintained and clean. Being an operating room nurse cleanliness is number one on my list.This unit I fell in love with it when I saw it and I had looked at several. If you choose to stay here you will return in the future. Also our guest have hot tubs, large pool, and state of art fitness center. There is so much to see and do that is close.
