The Cozy Dune has a PRIME LOCATION – a Gulf-front condo with a PRIVATE STAIRCASE to the beach. You are really, just STEPS from the beach. There are NO roads to cross, and the dune walkover starts just steps away from your staircase landing! Only a few Mainsail condos have this feature!

COMPLETELY remodeled! Rest like a KING with 3 King bedrooms & 3 Full Bathrooms. All modern, farmhouse, chic style! Ice maker added 2026!

No need to leave the grounds with our ample resort amenities: 2 pools, hot tub, kids pool, fitness room, gas & charcoal outdoor grills, and elevator.

*The community is making some great improvements! The tennis courts are temporarily closed for repairs, but all other amenities—like the pools and beach access—are open and ready for you to enjoy.

The Cozy Dune is in the BEST location for travelers with all different needs. This home is close enough to local attractions for an easy commute, yet far enough away to give you privacy and avoid local traffic. Best of all, you are STEPS from the beach from your front AND back door. Additionally, both the elevator and stairs are 15 feet from your front door.

3 King bedrooms & 3 Full Bathrooms (2 bathrooms are en suite, 1 bathroom is shared).

The living room boasts a 70” TV and each bedroom hosts a 50” TV.

About The Home

The Cozy Dune is a renovated, professionally decorated, Gulf-front vacation condo in the community of Mainsail in Miramar Beach. This beach home is designed to provide guests a luxury stay with modern features – breathtaking Gulf views and easy beach access, along with updated bathrooms, bedrooms, furnishings and appliances.

The first floor location provides extraordinary Gulf views and direct beach access. Only first floor units have their own private staircase! This condo is second from the front of the building, but the closest you can get to the beach in an updated 3-bedroom unit in Mainsail, and the ONLY one that also offers direct beach access! Enjoy CLEAR, up front, Gulf views. And lastly, the front door is directly across from the elevator and stairway. No need to lug your baggage or beach toys far!

The Cozy Dune has a PRIME LOCATION that is just steps from the beach, from your front AND back door.
The single floor hosts the gulf-front balcony, dining & family rooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and laundry. Upon entering the front door, you will be in awe of the open floor plan, with the entry hallway flowing into the kitchen, dining area and family room. The dining area features modern chandelier lighting and provides seating for 8. As you continue into the family room you find custom reclaimed wood art on the left, and expansive Gulf Front views through the large sliding glass doors to the right. You can see the beach from the comfort of your own couch, which also pulls out into a comfortable Queen size sleeper bed. Enjoy a movie on the 70” smart TV in the family room – get cozy on the LoveSac or get comfortable on one of the two couches! Take in the phenomenal, upfront Gulf views and relax after your day at the beach!

The fully-equipped kitchen is ready with a smooth top electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee makers. When it comes time to settling down, there are 3 King bedrooms to give you the comfort you expect after a long day in the sun and the waves at the beach!

The Gulf-front Master King Bedroom Suite offers Gulf views with a large slider, access to the Gulf-front balcony, and a 50” TV. This suite has a private bathroom with modern sliding barn door, a luxury new walk-in shower and premier showerhead, and a double sink.

The second King bedroom suite has Resort views, a 50” TV, a private bathroom with modern sliding barn door, and a luxury tub / shower combo with sliding glass doors and a premier showerhead.

The third King bedroom has a 50” TV, and has a hallway bathroom with tub / shower combo and curtain, perfect for bathing the kids.

Scenic Highway 98 is right around the corner, with a selection of restaurants and shops. Nearby family-friendly activities include banana boat rides, a dolphin cruise, parasailing, jet skiing, deep-sea fishing, sand castle building lessons, or even scuba diving! You can also visit the nearby Dolphin Snorkel Reef or the iconic Crab Island. Ample shopping and dining, such as Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Destin Commons, and Destin Harbor Boardwalk are just a short drive away. And if you need some extra beach gear, Alvin’s Island is just around the corner! There is something for everyone!

Loved our stay. Condo is as advertised with a great location! Private balcony and direct access to the sand is wonderful. It was very clean and well equipped. We had 6 adults and a 2 month old and never felt crowded. The provided beach service with two chairs and umbrella is nice to have. There are also extra chairs provided for sitting on the beach as well as toys for children to play in the sand. Definitely recommend this property!

The perfect spot!

We visited the Cozy Dune in April 2023 and had a perfect week. The location to the beach is unbeatable - everything was so easy and accessible to get to. House was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and rooms were comfortable. It was a great trip!

I'm Michelle, your host at The Cozy Dune. As a true beach aficionado, I have a deep passion for all things related to the sun, sand, and surf! Being a native Floridian, I've explored almost every major beach in the state. However, it was during my first visit to Miramar Beach (Destin) that I completely fell head over heels for its soft, white sands and the glistening emerald waters of the Gulf. Ever since then, my mission has been to share this coastal paradise with others.

Your utmost vacation experience is my top priority. I'm here to cater to your needs, whether it's answering questions before, during, or even after your stay. I'm always delighted to offer recommendations on local attractions and events, ensuring that you make the most of your time here.
