2つの独立したリビングルーム、つまり言い換えれば正式なリビングルームがある大きなレンガの牧場の家。レックルームと4シーズンの部屋。 2つのキッチンと2つのランドリーエリアもあります。 5つの寝室は、メインレベルの3つの寝室と2つの大きな日光窓がある下のレベルの2つの寝室で設定されています。 私たちは実際には4つの季節の部屋をもう1つの大きな寝室に変えて、もっと寝室が必要な家族のためにしています。 必要に応じて、到着時にサンルームに戻すことができます。

キングサイズベッド2台、クイーンベッド4台、ツインベッド3台、二段ベッド1台、ツインマットレス、シングルサイズベッド1台とロールアウェイベッド1台が備わっています。 より多くの睡眠の取り決めを必要とする家族があるかもしれないことを私たちは理解しているので私たちは適応するために最善を尽くしました。

Just what we needed!

Great for our large family group. Jody brought extra tables and chairs for us and was easy to work with. Patio was enjoyed by all. Many flexible rooms, large main kitchen made meals prep convenient.

Clean home with great neighborhood pool across the street.

The house was clean and had everything we needed to have a fun time with friends and family. The carpet was updated and very clean. The listing was accurate. The pool across the street was very nice. There was a great grocery store 0.4 miles away which was helpful. The home is older, but had good use of the space and many TV's.

Home was as advertised. Good location for what we wanted to do. Close to shopping too. Home was clean. Easy access from the street. I would recommend this home. It's located in a nice residential area. Was able to have the entire family stay in this one place. We had a great time.

Definately a keeper!

Even though the home is still in the midst of some minor remodeling, we had a wonderful stay and had all the amenities of home, plus some! The home was large enough to easily accommodate 8+ adults for a week without running into each other all day. We were pleased to find not one or two but SEVEN TV's in the home. No need to fight over the remote! Wonderfully comfortable beds in a variety of sizes and made for sleeping in later (if one so desired!) The home was in a nice quiet neighborhood easily accessible to nearby stores and attractions. Despite getting rain EVERY day we were there, we would have had use of a nice patio and grill on the property in addition to a swimming pool and tennis court across the street that are strictly for folks living in that neighborhood. We also had a small reunion of cousins while there and Jody was gracious and brought extra tables and folding chairs to the home to accommodate us. He also offered us use of separate facility several miles from the property that had we chosen to utilize it would have given us even more room for our reunion plus the ability to play volleyball or basketball indoors! Jody was prompt in answering any questions that came up and was pleasant to work with from the beginning to end of our search for accommodations and subsequent stay. Definitely a keeper for future family events!

Nice size, clean

The roof is leaking. Some maintenance and repairs have been overlooked. There are a lot of beds with clean bedding, lots of towels. Kitchen is OK on appliances. Having the pool across the street was great! We spent a lot of time there with small grandchildren using the wading pool as well.

Plenty of room and beds!

We were disappointed in the condition of the house. There was no toilet paper upon arrival and one of the beds was broken Jody did bring some basic supplies over 1 1/2 hrs after our arrival and Gerry helped him fix the bed. He was very apologetic about many things with the house and there were all kinds of things he was going to "get to" once there was a break in the rental schedule. There were many cosmetic issues (like woodwork that had been partially spray painted...throughout the house). My 3 kids said they had all used VRBO before and never encountered anything like this. This was our first experience with VRBO. We did have a great time in DesMoines and the 4 young grandsons enjoyed the pool across the street. I think the house has a lot of potential. It just needs a lot of time and TLC to prepare it for rental. July 8-10 Gerry and Jane IA

We are a family of six with mom, dad, two boys and two girls. Mom is a medical NP and dad was a Executive Director with various Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Dad currently operated a Sports Program on our In Town Acreage where we provide various sports and day care activities for older children. Dad also is a real estate agent that would be happy to put you up for FREE if you are in town looking to buy a house in the Des Moines area.

We thought we would trust VRBO with our most popular house because of the Swimming Pool and Tennis and Basketball courts that we have to offer. The house has the main or bigger first floor kitchen but also has a lower level kitchen in a nice basement with bigger daylight windows.

You can rent the whole 5 bedroom house and sleep as many as 18 in beds... as the $225 per night price reflects but if it is too much house and money then rent just part of the house you can rent the main floor which is the 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom or the lower level with 2 bedrooms and a 3/4 bathroom. Again this is a house and not a duplex more like a house with a mother in law suite.

This home will give you different price points based on your budget.

We encourage you to rent the whole 6 bedroom house but if it is too big and the money is too much then ask me about how you can rent the main floor which is the 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom or rent the lower level with 2 bedrooms and a 3/4 bathroom. This home will give you different price points based on your budget. This home is NOT a duplex but just stay in part of the house for less money.

Benefits include multiple recreational activities. A PRIVATE MEADOWS ASSOCIATION swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts are located just a cross the street from the house and a playground just a couple blocks away.
