LAKEFRONT house on Lake Tuscaloosa

Our goal is for this amazing lake destination to be a place of relaxation, fun, and renewal. The property is always at top cleanliness and we strive for the presentation to exceed our guests expectations. We continue to make upgrades to the house; most recently, by adding a full bath to the lakeview bedroom to make it a complete ensuite!

Come enjoy breathtaking full vistas of beautiful Lake Tuscaloosa! This house sits on a point overlooking large, open water easily seen throughout much of the home. Rare to have such spectacular views of Lake Tuscaloosa from inside the house!! Want to be outside? No problem. The views from the back porch and gazebo are just as incredible.

Whether you are coming for an Alabama sporting event, UA graduation, summer vacation or fun weekend in Tuscaloosa, you are certain to enjoy this location. It is just 11.6 miles to downtown Tuscaloosa and 12.9 miles to Bryant Denny Stadium! Pier 43 on Lake Tuscaloosa (marina) is only half a mile down the road.

The home features 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths- 2 kings, 1 queen, and 5 twins- sleeps 11 easily. Great views of the lake from the lakeview bedroom and 2 other bedrooms have partial lake views. Living room opens onto large porch overlooking the lake. Kitchen recently renovated featuring open concept with large island, quartz countertops, and plenty of seating for family and friends!

With a 16x24 foot private dock, there is plenty of room for everyone to sit, swim, or sunbathe right on the lake! The water off the front of the dock is about 8-10 feet deep so it is perfect for swimming! The house is stocked with 6 adult and 6 children/youth life jackets and pool noodles ready to make your time on the water safe and fun. If you want to venture further out on the water, 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards are available for your use as well.

After a fun day on the lake, you'll love relaxing in the gazebo, grilling out, and watching the boats pass. As the sun begins to set, light a fire in the fire pit, roast marshmallows, and enjoy the beautiful colors on the water as the sun fades behind the trees. This property is truly special and one of a kind!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at the lake house. The kitchen was so well stocked and we were very comfortable entertaining family and friends. It was a bit chilly for enjoying the lake but it was a beautiful backdrop. Very easy process and our host was easy to communicate with.

Lake Tuscasloosa - UA visit

Great location, close to UA campus to visit with our student. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. We appreciated the lake access, kayaks and paddle boards too. Looking forward to a return visit.

Beautiful view

We had a great stay at this property. The house is large and everyone had their own space. Beds are comfortable. The view is beautiful. Swimming and floating off of the dock was a lot of fun. The house has paddle boards and kayaks which we enjoyed. Communication with property manager was great. We also played some of the games that were provided with the house. We will definitely stay here again and look forward to our next visit.

Great location

The house is in a great location and very close to stores and restaurants. The house is a good size. We had three families and had plenty of room for all us. The closet was well stocked and had plenty of outdoor toys. We would stay here again if ever in the area.
