Le Caprice est situĂ© dans une communautĂ© privĂ©e, axĂ©e sur la famille de trois (3) miles au nord de Bethany Beach, DE et 1. 5 miles au sud de River Inlet indiennes et du parc d'Ă©tat du Delaware. Facile d'accĂšs Ă  Rehoboth et Ocean City et bien sĂ»r, l'entrĂ©e pour la pĂȘche et la pĂȘche rĂ©crĂ©ative. Il ya une grande, grande plage, qui est parmi les plus beaux, sinon la plus belle plage dans le Delaware - rĂ©gion de Maryland. Vous ĂȘtes littĂ©ralement Ă  quelques pas de la plage. Il ya juste une rangĂ©e de maisons de ville avant la promenade traversant la dune. Ce que cela signifie est que lorsque vous avez oubliĂ© quelque chose ou si vous voulez revenir Ă  votre appareil pour une raison quelconque, il est un voyage trĂšs rapide.

Le Caprice, UnitĂ© 1E, lui-mĂȘme est situĂ© au premier Ă©tage. Vous avez seulement Ă  monter un escalier et vous arrivez sur une vĂ©randa avec une grande porte coulissante qui ouvre sur le salon. L'unitĂ© dispose d'un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert, qui offre des siĂšges confortables pour tous les rĂ©sidents et les invitĂ©s.

Sa proximitĂ© avec la plage et agrĂ©able atmosphĂšre fournit un vĂ©ritable "Ă  la plage" sentiment. Le quartier est peuplĂ© principalement par des familles avec des enfants et l'atmosphĂšre de la communautĂ© est renforcĂ©e par des groupes d'enfants qui jouent et achĂštent des cĂŽnes de neige. Even though there isn't an ocean view, the condo is a really short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. The rooms are all clean and well organized. We really enjoyed the screened in porch also. Hope to ho back in the future and would stay here again.

Perfectly close to the beach

The house had everything we needed and it was very clean. It was so close to the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. We would love to come back again.

The host was very helpful with checking in. However there were no detailed instructions provided for the departure to-do list, for example, about keys, tidying up before the check out, etc. so we took our best guess to do what we thought we were supposed to do and left the unit open as we first had found it. The location was great for couple of days hanging on the beach. The unit has a clean and well equipped kitchen but other rooms and bathrooms are in need of some updates.

We loved that the beach wasn’t too crowded here and it was just a short drive or bike ride to Downtown Bethany. Space was great for 6 of us.

This is our “happy”place! Newly renovated kitchen and carpeting, and just a hop to the beach! Everything is close by and easily accessed. Couldn’t ask for more!

Great property! Very spacious for 4 adults and clean. We enjoyed the screened in porch. Good air flow when the windows were open and the AC worked great (central air and not loud) for our third night. Stones throw to the dunes to enter the beach. Very nice beach and there is a book nook when you enter the dunes in case you forgot a book. My only complaint was having to bring our linens and paper products since it wasn't listed, but I wouldn't let that deter you from renting this place because the price is right. You're 3 miles north of Bethany and it's a quick easy drive into town. Biking on Rt1 is safe and there are several neats stops for exploring north and south of the house. Definitely grab a meal at Matt's Fish Camp.

Beautiful and quiet beaches

This is an amazing location. The condo has had a remodel of kitchen and has 2 outdoor warm water private showers and an outdoor bathroom for quick trips back from the beach. There are beach chairs and umbrellas for our use. The carpet inside and outdoor porch furniture could use an upgrade. The shower liner needs to be replaced (moldy). The Wifi connection was terrible. It kept dropping off, making it impossible to work from this location. It wouldn't stay connected even on your phone. This is really the only complaint but would not rent here again for that reason unless something was done to fix this issue.

Best location ever!

This is by far the best location if you want a quiet, close to the beach getaway. Can’t say enough about the owner’s attention and proximity to the beach. You can hear the waves from the front porch! Loved it and will book again!
