Impresionantes vistas y sonidos del océano, playa privada y el parque estatal adyacente. Absolutamente fabulosa ubicación que está muy cerca del frente al mar. Camine 50 escalones hasta la playa privada orientada a la familia. Relájese en su elección de dos cubiertas traseras grandes (una fuera de la sala de estar y una fuera de la habitación principal) que dan al océano y al parque estatal. A partir del 05/2018, cocina completamente renovada con gabinetes nuevos, electrodomésticos y piso. Cocina totalmente equipada. Nuevos pisos en la sala principal y el vestíbulo de entrada. Sofás de salón cubiertos de cuero muy cómodos. Televisores de pantalla plana en salón y dormitorio principal. Comedor independiente. Las canchas de tenis y un pequeño parque infantil para niños pequeños están disponibles a poca distancia a pie. La cubierta frontal ofrece una vista agradable de amigos y familiares jugando al tenis o niños jugando en el pequeño parque infantil. Puede disfrutar de un festín de cangrejo en el pabellón cubierto que se encuentra junto al pequeño parque infantil. El estacionamiento privado está enfrente y un patio privado. Si te encanta la playa, disfrutarás de nuestra casa en la playa.

The location is clearly great and the neighborhood was lovely—quiet, very family friendly. The home was clean, comfortable, with many amenities to make the stay easy and relaxing. The hosts are wonderful—easily the best we’ve encountered in many years of renting the Vrbo. They were very responsive to our inquiries prior to our arrival, and during our stay when we had a very minor issue that we alerted them to as only an FYI for future rentals, within hours they had a plan to remedy it. I would not hesitate to come back again! It was truly one of the most relaxing beach vacations we’ve had.

We've stayed at Tower Shores for the last 10 years. It is a nice and quiet community with a beautiful beach. We've stayed in 6 different units over the years and this one has been our favorite. The kitchen was great. It had everything we needed to prepare meals for our large family and was super organized. There is a large round table for eating and enough seating in the living room for all 8 of us and to sit. There is also plenty of decking chairs for all to enjoy and outdoor experience. We really love this unit, community and beach!

AMAZING WEEK!

We love staying at this property as it is clean, convenient and right in the center of all in Tower Shores. We love the layout and the kitchen is perfect for all of us to share a meal and play a game after a full day on the beach. We love everything about this property and can't wait to come back next year!!!

So close to the beach

Property was clean and had an excellent location. Just steps from the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and they had all the beach accessories and toys for a family. The neighborhood was also ideal for young children.

Absolute gem!

We have been renting in Bethany for several years and this has been our favorite by far. Can't say enough good things about it. Beautiful unit, so incredibly well and thoughtfully stocked, steps to the beach, playground, multiple truly beautiful views, great outdoor spaces for morning coffee and meals. Clearly well maintained. Would come back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend.

Another memorable Bethany Beach Vacation!

We had an incredible stay, again, at this property! It feels like home as you enter and with all the up to date amenities, it is wonderful to be there. The hosts have made this property just about perfect and we just enjoy being there. The proximity to the beach is terrific and the views are nothing short of spectacular. We hope that we are able to stay here year after year!! We love it!!

Fabulous beach house!

We loved staying here. It took us maybe a minute to walk to the beach. The house was very clean and the owners have thought of everything to ensure guests have a very comfortable stay. It was so nice to have chairs, umbrellas and beach toys provided. We also found the kitchen to be very well stocked with everything you could possibly need.

Everything we needed!

This property is a very short walk to the beach and was so well equipped with everything we needed. There were lots of chairs, toys, games, and extra bedroom essentials like pillows. The outside shower was great for rinsing off all the sand before entering the house. Parking was ample and the owners were quick to respond to any questions. We had a wonderful stay!

Our favorite place to stay’

We visit Bethany Beach every few years and have stayed on several different rentals over the years. This one is far and away our favorite! It’s about 100 ft from the beach, and has a wonderful view from the upstairs balcony! It was exceptionally clean, which is not always the case at other places we’ve stayed. It also had everything we needed for a comfortable week long stay- we were easily able to cook our meals and relax here.

Fabulous Host, Location and Home in Bethany Beach!

This house was absolutely perfect in every way and made our vacation so memorable and wonderful! When we pulled up and saw the American Flag, we knew we had found our spot! The rooms were spacious and allowed everyone their own space and three bathrooms were fabulous. The kitchen is OUTSTANDING and fully furnished with all you need to cook any type of meal you want! We enjoyed using the outside decks for card games and board games and viewing the Indian River Bridge and the beach at night. There were puzzles and other games there at the property and we were so happy to see them there. The host was so responsive prior to the visit and when we had one question during our stay, we heard back right away. I wish that we could give more than the 5 stars because everything is deserving of at least 10 stars!!! Terrific location-steps from the beach and we can't wait to get back there soon!! If you are headed to Bethany, this is a wonderful place to be!!!

Great Time Again!

We have stayed here for multiple years and this is such a great place. It is literally a few steps to the beach, and the views of the ocean from the back deck are spectacular. We love the living area for our family to hang out and the kitchen and recently updated bathrooms are great. We will continue to book in the future.

Great location Nice House Clean House The trash cans were full when we arrived. They collected the previous weeks trash on Monday. There was only one pick up of trash that occurred on Monday. We had to store trash bags in the back of my pickup truck. We dropped the trash around the trash corral upon departure. Overall it was a nice stay.

We had an amazing time! The views from the decks are great, there was lots for our 3 year olds to do at the park, the house is updated and clean, and access to the beach is extremely easy. Can’t wait to visit again.

A great family vacation

We rented the property and have 5 kids ranging 4-17 and they all had a great time at the beach. Very close to Rehoboth and the other beaches.

We love coming to the beach with our family, and have made significant renovations to the house making it more enjoyable. We have owned the house for 21 years and have enjoyed making memories with family and friends, including sharing many meals around the table on the back deck overlooking the beach dunes.

If you like a quiet family beach, then Atlantic Watergate is a wonderful beach vacation in close proximity (50 steps) to a private beach. You have tremendous privacy looking out onto the Delaware state park that is adjacent to our back yard. It sleeps 10 comfortably and you can dine either on the back deck or in the dining room.
