We had a great weekend at Bigger Fish! The condo lived up to its reputation! Shannon was great ensuring we knew where everything was and was attentive if we needed anything. We loved the open space layout and the huge deck with great views! Would stay again for sure!!

Incredible view, incredible space! Great communication & flexibility to drop bags off early to start our vacation. Beach chairs, towels, coolers, etc. were perfect for our beach time. Kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast & snacks. The heater on the deck kept us toasty while we looked at the stars. The location is ideal & Shannon went above & beyond for us.

House is great! Plenty of room for a family of 7. House was clean, everything was new, and beds were very comfortable. The view from the top deck/ top floor is amazing to watch the sunsets. Everything you need to enjoy the beach near by is included. Walking distance to shops, beach, and train. Will be back!

Our family of 7 (infant to 50) loved everything about this beach rental. Everything was at the house you could need & well done. Already booked next year’s visit!

Gorgeous well equipped home, near everything and yet very quiet. Loved the decks! The views are fantastic. Host (Shannon] was available and helpful. We had a great stay!

Our vacation in San Clemente was amazing, and this is hugely due to our vacation rental at Bigger Fish. The communication was immediate, and the manager was wonderful to work with. Thank you Shannon! The condo's furnishings, artwork, contemporary design are 5 star. The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. The outdoor deck and doors are private, and they fully open onto the deck. This was a daily highlight of our stay. We had beautiful sunset views. The beach is a 2 min walk, and shops and fabulous dining options are a 10 min walk to Avenida Delmar. This is an exceptional property that also includes amenities such as beach chairs/towels, beach wagon, umbrella, and boogie boards. The kitchen is stocked with seasonings and all kitchen extras. I look forward to vacationing here in the future.

Would love to come back!

We are from the East Coast and were visiting our adult children who live in LA, and wanted a relaxing place to spend the long holiday weekend together. This was the perfect place! Clean, well-stocked kitchen, very responsive host, great neighborhood - walkable to several restaurants and shops and super close to a wide, clean beach. Especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces.

Awesome stay!

Our stay was amazing! The property was even better in person. The view was stellar and the deck was large and a great place to enjoy morning coffee, watch the surfers, and enjoy sunsets too! The beds were comfy, which is a great change from other places we have stayed! We'll definitely be back!!!! Thank you Shannon for your gracious hospitality! Thank you Des and Troy for allowing us to stay at your lovely beach home!

Picklball fun.

The property was everything we expected and more. Great location with walking access to beach, pier, restaurants shopping and a short ride to lifetime fitness, our pickleball venue. We will do this again next year.

Family Trip

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Every room was decorated tastefully and felt spacious. Laundry detergent and dishwasher soap was provided. We appreciated the notebooks with information about restaurants and activities. We would like to make this an annual trip for our family to relax and reconnect.

Great Location

The weather did not cooperate, but this condo is perfect. Beautiful view and great location for walking everywhere. The kitchen was well equiped and it had everything that our family needed. Shannon met us there when we arrived and gave us all the information that we needed for our stay. She was available throughout our stay if we needed anything, she was there to help.

Unbelievable!

Bigger Fish was absolutely amazing! A block away from the ocean and fantastic views! Plenty of space to hang in a quiet, safe area. Shannon was amazing in all her communication leading up to and during the stay. We will be coming back to San Clemente, but won’t even consider looking for a different property. Bigger Fish is home!

My family prepared an entire Thanksgiving feast from scratch, and every necessary utensil, plate, and serving tray was readily available in the Bigger Fish Condo's kitchen. The view alone is worth waking up to, instilling a profound sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. Strolling with loved ones to the San Clemente fishing pier offers an incredible sensory experience, warming the heart. Exceptional shopping, walking, and sightseeing opportunities are mere steps away. My family and I were thoroughly impressed, exceeding our highest expectations!

Steps from the Pier

I was tempted to rate the “Accuracy to online listing” at 1-Star because the pictures do this condo no justice at all. The view from the top deck of Bigger Fish is spectacular. The condo is steps from the pier and the beach and a short walk up the hill to downtown restaurants. It is very well stocked with few details left undone. The owners are quick and courteous during the check in process and readily available during the stay. Our family had a great stay and will definitely be back!

The best family trip

We absolutely loved it here. The views and deck can’t be beat and my kids absolutely loved the beach toys. So fun and so comfortable for our family of 7! This unit is well equipped, I even found some batteries for our sound machine that stopped working. We’re already planning our next trip!!
