Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath penthouse condo in Frisco, Colorado overlooks Lake Dillon and the Colorado mountains with unbelievable views. With 4 bedrooms the condo sleeps 9 comfortably and is great for multiple families. All the amenities you need such as high-speed WIFI, HD cable, attached garage, on-site hot tub, bbq grill, washer/dryer and a very well equipped kitchen.

Free bus service on the Summit Stage with a stop located just a block away from the condo giving you access to almost anywhere in Summit County, including Copper Mountain, Keystone, Silverthorne/Dillon, and Breckenridge. All offer unique shopping and dining. The Lake Dillon recreation path is steps from the door and offers an 18-mile loop around the lake boasting amazing views as you pass through the towns of Dillon and Frisco. There are several bike rental shops located within easy walking distance of the condo. There are many hiking opportunities nearby, with beginner to expert terrain. Our unit has several hiking guidebooks to help you pick your route. World class fly fishing located nearby as well. One mile from the condo, Frisco Marina is the perfect place to rent a boat, kayak, or stand up paddle board to spend some time on the calm water of Frisco Bay or just grab a drink at the tiki bar and enjoy watching the boats come and go.

Located walking distance to several grocery stores including a Whole Foods, several liquor stores, sporting goods stores/rental shops, several restaurants, a Starbucks, and a brewery, this location can’t be beat.

Lovely Condo

Spacious Condo with beautiful views. Wonderful location close to everything you might need. Dave is a great host and always very helpful and responsive. Kitchen is perfectly stocked for cooking and eating in. This was our second stay and we hope we can come back soon!

Amazing views!

Perfect location in Frisco, very clean, spacious, and with an amazing view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Rentals, Grocery stores, Main Street, and Copper Mountain were a short drive away. Host was very helpful and informative. Would absolutely love to stay there again!

Perfect spot to visit a couple of ski resorts and loved how we each got our own rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed, views amazing and wonderful communication with the owner. We're already talking about coming back!

Great place for a large family!

We had 4 adults and 5 kids sleeping here, and the accommodations were great. Can't beat the location, with its proximity to restaurants and Copper Mountain. Overall a great experience!

Such a great time for our family. 3 generations of adults fit perfectly with this bed/bath set up. Close to Copper Mtn bus route and walking access to Walmart, Safeway, ski rental, etc. Car garage was wonderful to keep us loading up in warmth. FYI- coffee pot is k-cups for quick and convenient coffee for us all. Thanks sooo much for providing well and being attentive during our stay.

Good cozy place in a great location

If you are looking for a good place to stay, I would advise take this into consideration. We were traveling with a large crew (3 kids and 4 adults) and the bedroom layout worked out great. The view from the patio was fantastic, it was quiet, and located near restaurants and ski rental places within Frisco. Being centrally located between several ski resorts, it also made it ideal to get to a few separate spots easily. The only negative, is the HOA maintenance crew seemed to be overly busy while we were there and came into or tried to come into the condo several times. The owner was responsive and did his best to take care of any issues we ran into. I would def. not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved the place, it’s very nice and comfy. The view was very beautiful. The lake was close by so it made the view much better. My family enjoyed the view. The place was close to all ski areas and shopping centers. The host, Dave was really helpful and nice.

This place is set-up right!!

In the many VRBO's we have rented in the past there hasn't ever been one set-up and stocked with convenience like this one. The Condo fit our 8 person family perfectly and had great views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding Rocky Mountains. Everything you need all very close by with easy access and the slopes aren't far away either. Thank you for allowing are large family to stay here.

We loved staying in Frisco and at this great 4BR penthouse. 2 upstairs bedrooms are great for the kids. Fully equipped and easy access to all major ski areas. Couldn't have been happier.

We have always dreamed of owning a mountain property to get away from the busyness of city life. We purchased this property in 2017 and love every minute we get to spend enjoying our "happy place". The bonus of owning with family is getting to see our loved ones often and making memories together.

Why they chose this property

We looked at several properties in Frisco prior to deciding on this one. The views from the balcony sealed the deal for us. Being so close to the recreation path means lots of opportunity for year-round activities and the proximity to several world-class ski resorts was a major selling point. Can't beat a post-skiing hot tub with a cold drink!
