Just renovated! This is just the place you've been searching for. The Master bedroom has a king bed with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed a spacious closet. Full-sized kitchen, second bathroom, living room with sleeper sofa, and dining room. The deck off the living room overhangs Ten Mile Creek provides you with the relaxing sounds of running water and also has a gas grill. There is free Wi-Fi in the unit too. Only a few steps away from the clubhouse with a large common/meeting area with TV, hot tub, pool, and sauna as well as laundry facilities. Just miles away from 6 of Colorado’s World Class Resorts (Just 7 miles from Copper Mountain Ski Resort, 9 miles from Breckenridge and Keystone Ski Resorts, 13 miles from Arapahoe Basin Ski Area, 19 miles from Loveland Ski Area, and 23 miles from Vail Ski Resort), Lake Dillon, hundreds of miles of bike paths, and unlimited hiking trails, this is a convenient location to summer and winter activities. Winter Parking rules are now in effect!
Move vehicles within 24 hrs of any snowfall

Please remember to move your vehicle into a cleared parking space if available, or any space other than the vehicle’s last location. This rotation is necessary for adequate snow removal and keeping the parking lot safe.

Vehicles that are not moved, especially those which create a hazard for snow removal and parking, will be towed at the owner’s expense.

No oversized trucks, or hitch mount ski/luggage racks are allowed in the B Building parking lot. Short term parking of such vehicles for loading & unloading is permitted, but please do not leave them all day or night. This can make it very difficult for other vehicles to park safely due to the tight space.

Large trucks & SUVs please park in the back lot by building C parallel to the clubhouse or in front of Building A

All trailers & recreational vehicles must be kept in the back lot and are not allowed for more than 10 days without written management approval.

One vehicle per bedroom!

The lot can get extremely full on busy weekends and it may be necessary to park in an unusual spot. This is allowed in such circumstances, but please use common sense. Never block a vehicle you do not own, never park in front of the dumpster or plow truck.

Secret Gem in the Mountains

This property is located conveniently between Copper Mountain and Breckenridge, in Frisco. We loved the space and the river off the patio. It's easy to get to, yet tucked in the woods and you would know you were so close to I-70. Great place! We would love to stay again!

Amazing Frisco condo!

I stayed at the condo for 2 weeks with my dog and had an amazing time working remotely and walking the Frisco rec path and Main Street everyday. The condo is spacious and located central to everything you need in Frisco. I highly recommend staying here with your family and friends!

Perfect Weekend Homebase

This condo in Ten Mile Creek was an excellent homebase for our mountain weekend -- super convenient to the ski slopes and right in the heart of the best part of Frisco. Pre-arrival communication with specific parking directions and unit access information was lacking, but once we reached out to the host for this information, his response was instantaneous and it was smooth sailing. Once inside the property, there were detailed instructions for everything one might need in the unit and throughout town.The unit itself was quite comfortable, very clean, and extremely well appointed. The kitchen supplies were among the best we have seen from a VRBO and made it very easy to cook full meals for our small children while in the condo. Our only minor disappointment was that the complex's pool/hot tub facility was not in service during our stay, but that is not attributable to our hosts. Overall, a solid "A" and a place we would definitely re-book in the future.

Ice sculptures

The condo was amazing. It has all the amenities you needed for a family stay. Board games, puzzles, multiple tvs, amazing radio, etc. washer and diet for those last minute cleaning. 2 full bathrooms, the sinks are a bit big for the space but was not an inconvenience. Love that it is on the 1 a floor, that made it so easy to take the dog for a walk. It was extremely quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. I will differently book again

Cozy spot next to running river

Very cozy and quiet, the river behind the condo was gorgeous and soothing. We enjoyed the TVs (3) and fireplace. Parking was always available. Snow plow was on top of keeping the parking area clear. The beds are comfy, location near Frisco Main Street is a short drive. We had a great time with our 2 kids. Very comfortable for our family of four. Well stocked kitchen and nice tall dining table. We had everything we needed and more. Great times and great memories! We loved it and miss it. Can’t wait to visit again! Communication with the host was perfect. Thank you

Great location and property

Initially our access to the door (the code itself) wasn’t correct, however messaging the owner (Adam), he responded within 2 mins and got us in. The property is modern and updated. We planned our event with the assistance of the property manager prior to our arrival. He was clear and specific on what is provided inside. Really enjoyed the stay and enjoyed the views. It’s a great centralized location for the resorts.

Perfect for what we needed

Perfect location. Modern interior, but nice and rustic accents. Clean and nice. We had three dudes, one in each bedroom and one on the foldout couch. There was plenty of room. This place could handle 5 or 6 people easily, if couples were in each of the bedrooms. I would definitely repeat.

wonderful clean and updated property

we were so happy with this property. The beds were really comfortable and the entire place was updated and so comfortable. At night it was very quiet in the room. Great location next to shops and restaurants. The only piece of furniture we missed was a coffee table for our appetizers. So much lighting when we needed it and a great closet full of games. The appliances so new and loved the undercounted lights and views of the stream.

Cozy getaway

Really enjoyed our stay. Very quiet area with rustling river in the back and only the chirping of birds that welcome you in the morning. Condo is extra cozy decorated and the kitchen is very nicely set up and fully stocked. Beds are really comfortable which makes a big difference to recharge after a long hike or ski day. Enjoyed the hot tub in de club house but must admit the clubhouse needs some renovation. Would be nice if the sauna would work. But overall, great experience.

We loved the location of the condo because it was tucked away in a quiet area. The condo is beautiful but priced too high with all the fees. We have spent less for more. We will not return.

Fantastic Home

I loved everything about my stay from the location, decor, and amenities. Frisco is a great town and the home is close to local restaurants and grocery stores. My friends and I were able to hop around different ski resorts and come back to a beautiful open concept kitchen and cook together. The property also has a solid hot tub that was much needed after a day on the slopes. I highly recommend this unit.

Convenient and complete

This was just what we needed. Close to Frisco and very convenient to try several different ski hills. There was nothing that our host hadn’t thought of to make our stay easy.
