Welcome to Twin Coho in Rockaway Beach! This gorgeous two-story vacation rental offers four bedrooms and two baths, with space for up to ten guests! Step inside your home away from home and get comfortable! This quaint rental features beautiful bay windows and a deck where you can watch the sunset during the summer or enjoy storm-watching during the winter months! You'll have direct beach access to the grass and sand right from the deck!

The spacious living room offers plenty of space to relax, enjoy a family movie night, or just hang out during the day. The kitchen, located just off the living room, comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a homemade meal or serve takeout for your family! There's a dining room table, an island with chairs for extra seating, or feel free to relax on the couch while enjoying your meal.

Each bedroom in Twin Coho offers plenty of natural light, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each room comes with its own TV, allowing you to unwind before falling asleep. The sleeping arrangements include one king bed, two queen beds, and two twin beds, accommodating all guests comfortably. The bathrooms feature a jacuzzi bath, a shower, and a shower/tub combo. For convenience, a washer and dryer are included, making it easy to pack light and do laundry as needed during your stay.

The location is perfect and the views cannot be beat. The dishwasher, ice maker and wood stove were all out of order, whiwonderful stay.ch diminishes the value of the stay, since we got no discounts for inconveniences.

Pros: large enough for a family of five; directly on the beach; allowed dogs; walkable to town; plenty of towels; Oregon Beach Vacations provided laundry pods; 2 off street parking spots. Cons: dishwasher is broken and has been for a while (despite being advertised as an amenity); bathroom in primary bedroom has no walls (toilet, sink & shower are open to the bedroom & carpeted); smell of cigarette smoke (heaviest in primary bedroom); fully carpeted with thorns embedded in living room carpet (all five of us stepped barefoot on thorns inside the house more than once); and cobwebs on walls/light fixtures.

House was clean and spacious, location was great along with a nice safe deck. We had to wash dishes by hand all week as the dishwasher was broken and no plans to send a repairman was made. Ice maker was not in use. Also, the knobs on the master bathroom shower were not attached and kept falling off, sink in main bathroom was plugged (drained slowly). My husband fixed the master room bathroom door as it kept catching and difficult to open. The yard was full of weeds and not mowed until after we arrived, which we didn’t mind but they did a terrible job moving trying to rush. With all this, we did enjoy our stay and are already planning another vacation trip and would like to use your services as I rarely have had any major complaints. Please consider these issues for the next people renting.

Wierd smell. Carpet was wet in one room. Beautiful view, though. Property owner was very responsive and accommodating when asked about late checkout. In all, we enjoyed our stay.

The setting for this home was excellent, beach access right there, with amazing views out the back and side of the home due to all the large windows and sliders. The deck was great too to sit and watch the pacific, sunsets, etc. The towels and sheets were so clean and spotless as were the bathrooms. It seemed fully stocked with all kinds of pots, pans and dishes ( it was just me and my pup so didn't use too much) . I also loved that I was able to bring my dog with me. He enjoyed the deck and beach as well! My only " complaint" would be that some of the blinds did not fully close allowing the ability to look into the home ( which wasn't a big deal when I was there because it was the middle of the week and the 2 homes next door were empty when I was there) and the dust up on the fans, and the blinds in the kitchen and bedroom window were very dirty and there were dust bunnies up on top of the kitchen cabinets and the things that were displayed up there. Overall I would recommend this home! I would go back : )

Perfect for a relaxing weekend

This wonderful home sits right on the beach in Rockaway and you can watch the surf from the living room or from the big, beautiful deck. The house is older and shows a bit of wear but is clean and comfortable.

Beautiful getaway!

Absolutely loved this place! Beautiful large deck, property right on the beach :). Loved the view from the living room as well as the master bedroom. Nice to spend a few days on the beach with my hubby and pups. We will be back !

Great view for spring storms

We stayed here in March, and pretty much stayed inside the whole time (as planned) The primary living area has a 180 degree view of the beach and the ocean is very close. We ate food, played games, and visited for the weekend. There are lots of typical beach town shops, bakeries, restaurants, and things near by, but the weather was nasty so we just stayed in. I can see how this would be a great location in the summer as well.

Book this for view and location

This location and its views are the greatest reasons for our stay. This is a no thrills home with original everything but fully stocked kitchen and the bedrooms had plenty of space and accommodations, I would have loved for there to be some outdoor furniture so we could eat meals on the deck and enjoy that morning cup of coffee taking in the gorgeous views and sounds of the ocean. For this reason, I gave it only 4 stars. I would absolutely book again as it suited my family of 4 and two grandparents wonderfully.

Wrong door code, dead batteries in 3 remotes w/no extra batteries, broken fan/light switch, no kitchen towels, no foil or cooking oil, no TV instructions, rusted cookware, claw marks on bathroom door from a prior guest. Beach access is VERY difficult.

Excellent On The Ocean Home Best View

Excellent View of Rockaway Beach! Best thing about this home. We were given the wrong access code so had to contact the property manager, finally got the correct code to enter the home. Beautiful view from inside the LR and MB. This would be a great home for family with older kids. You do have to walk down rocks to get to beach and only access to home is up stairs as entire home is above the garage. But a great property for RIGHT ON THE BEACH!

Perfect family beach house

This is a perfect home for a quiet beach getaway! OCEAN FRONT views are AMAZING from both inside and out! The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was dog friendly and loved the railing around the deck so we could let him outside to enjoy the sunshine without being tied up. Beach access was just a few steps away to the quiet and beautiful stretch of sand that wasn't overcrowded (for this time of year anyway)! We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful walks and playing ball with our dog Stanley. The property management was very nice to work with and communicated well. The only thing missing was outdoor deck furniture so just be sure to throw in some lawn chairs, which thankfully we did. We will defintely stay here again!!
