Bienvenido a Twin Coho en Rockaway Beach! Esta hermosa casa de dos pisos ofrece cuatro habitaciones y dos baños, con espacio para hasta diez personas. ¡Entra en tu hogar lejos de casa y prepárate para sentirte cómodo! ¡Este alquiler pintoresco tiene hermosos ventanales y una terraza para ver la puesta de sol durante los cálidos meses de verano, o atrapar una tormenta feroz durante los meses de invierno! Un banco de picnic se puede encontrar en la cubierta, lo que le permite disfrutar de un refrigerio al aire libre durante los cálidos meses de verano. ¡Incluso tendrás acceso cercano a la playa con escaleras que bajan a la hierba y la arena desde la cubierta! Hay mucho espacio en la sala de estar para relajarse y mirar una película con la familia por la noche antes de acostarse, o simplemente pasar el rato durante el día. The setting for this home was excellent, beach access right there, with amazing views out the back and side of the home due to all the large windows and sliders. The deck was great too to sit and watch the pacific, sunsets, etc. The towels and sheets were so clean and spotless as were the bathrooms. It seemed fully stocked with all kinds of pots, pans and dishes ( it was just me and my pup so didn't use too much) . I also loved that I was able to bring my dog with me. He enjoyed the deck and beach as well! My only " complaint" would be that some of the blinds did not fully close allowing the ability to look into the home ( which wasn't a big deal when I was there because it was the middle of the week and the 2 homes next door were empty when I was there) and the dust up on the fans, and the blinds in the kitchen and bedroom window were very dirty and there were dust bunnies up on top of the kitchen cabinets and the things that were displayed up there. Overall I would recommend this home! I would go back : )

Wierd smell. Carpet was wet in one room. Beautiful view, though. Property owner was very responsive and accommodating when asked about late checkout. In all, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for a relaxing weekend

This wonderful home sits right on the beach in Rockaway and you can watch the surf from the living room or from the big, beautiful deck. The house is older and shows a bit of wear but is clean and comfortable.

Beautiful getaway!

Absolutely loved this place! Beautiful large deck, property right on the beach :). Loved the view from the living room as well as the master bedroom. Nice to spend a few days on the beach with my hubby and pups. We will be back !

Great view for spring storms

We stayed here in March, and pretty much stayed inside the whole time (as planned) The primary living area has a 180 degree view of the beach and the ocean is very close. We ate food, played games, and visited for the weekend. There are lots of typical beach town shops, bakeries, restaurants, and things near by, but the weather was nasty so we just stayed in. I can see how this would be a great location in the summer as well.

Spacious, Not "fully loaded"

Wrong door code, dead batteries in 3 remotes w/no extra batteries, broken fan/light switch, no kitchen towels, no foil or cooking oil, no TV instructions, rusted cookware, claw marks on bathroom door from a prior guest. Beach access is VERY difficult.

Book this for view and location

This location and its views are the greatest reasons for our stay. This is a no thrills home with original everything but fully stocked kitchen and the bedrooms had plenty of space and accommodations, I would have loved for there to be some outdoor furniture so we could eat meals on the deck and enjoy that morning cup of coffee taking in the gorgeous views and sounds of the ocean. For this reason, I gave it only 4 stars. I would absolutely book again as it suited my family of 4 and two grandparents wonderfully.

Excellent On The Ocean Home Best View

Excellent View of Rockaway Beach! Best thing about this home. We were given the wrong access code so had to contact the property manager, finally got the correct code to enter the home. Beautiful view from inside the LR and MB. This would be a great home for family with older kids. You do have to walk down rocks to get to beach and only access to home is up stairs as entire home is above the garage. But a great property for RIGHT ON THE BEACH!

It was easy access to a large beach which provided a great place for the dogs to run and long walks. Rockaway is a small beach side community and was very relaxing but an easy drive to lots of other activities. The living room furniture was a little worn but the beds were very comfortable.

Perfect family beach house

This is a perfect home for a quiet beach getaway! OCEAN FRONT views are AMAZING from both inside and out! The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was dog friendly and loved the railing around the deck so we could let him outside to enjoy the sunshine without being tied up. Beach access was just a few steps away to the quiet and beautiful stretch of sand that wasn't overcrowded (for this time of year anyway)! We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful walks and playing ball with our dog Stanley. The property management was very nice to work with and communicated well. The only thing missing was outdoor deck furniture so just be sure to throw in some lawn chairs, which thankfully we did. We will defintely stay here again!!

Problem with sink in bedroom not draining easily. Some dirty pots, utensils, large jetted tub slippery and faucets were really hard to set. Dangerous.
