This is a beachfront, 1240 sq. ft, two bedroom, two bathroom condo that sleeps 4 people in the exclusive Crescent Beach Club on Sand Key Beach. The unit has just been updated with lavish finishes throughout the entire space. The condo features a private 39-foot veranda and a spiral staircase from your private balcony to the sand. Your unit has breathtaking beachfront views of Sand Key beach from the living room, dining room and both bedrooms! This condo is perfect for two couples traveling together with a split plan and both bedrooms overlooking Sand Key Beach. We are also on the main level of the building, with no need to get into the elevator to enjoy all of the amenities or when dressed in your beach attire.

There are queen sized beds in both bedrooms, smart 4K TV in the master bedroom, smart 4K OLED TV in living room, a fully stocked and updated kitchen for cooking your favorite meals, full sized washer and dryer, plus towels and linens for your stay. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bath has a bath/tub combo both updated beautifully.

Crescent Beach Club is a 24 hour gated complex that offers amenities comparable to luxury elegant formal lobby, club room, billiard room, fitness center and indoor hot tub that looks out to the beach, sauna, men's and women's locker rooms with individual steam rooms, heated oceanfront pool and spa, tennis courts, gulf front BBQ grills, 24 hour security and unassigned under building parking. It is also within walking distance to beautiful Sand Key Park, fabulous restaurants including the renown Columbia Restaurant and you are minutes from Clearwater Beach and all wonderful things to do and places to eat that Clearwater Beach boosts! Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area.

Beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels are here for you to use, so no need to pack those items. Washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. You will also be able to enjoy the beachfront heated pool just steps from your condo if you prefer, where you can enjoy a nice book from the library here.

Important: Starting September 2025 balcony and building renovations will be taking place and will continue over the following year. This is for building 1 at Crescent Beach Club, but may cause noise and disruptions for both buildings during this period. This may also affect the use of certain balconies in only building 1 depending on the timeline. One of the two pools at the complex will still be available throughout the project. This condo association requires an application to be filled out and signed. You will not be approved to stay at this complex if you do not fill this paperwork out and sign it.

There is no smoking allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. Thank you in advance for adhering to the NO SMOKING rules.

The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies.
