The Villa is spacious with a living room, dining room, kitchen, a master bedroom with master bath and a 1/2 bath off the living room. The kitchen has an eat at counter, refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and small appliances. It opens into the living room with two sleeper sofas (sleeps 2 adults and 2 children).

Off the living room, dining room and master bedroom is a sprawling deck with a plunge pool, lounge chairs, sofa and dining table. There are 2 LCD TVs in the villa.
