BILLEDER LAGOON & OCEAN UDSIGT

Michelle, thank you for taking the time to review and rate your stay. Yes, your concerns regarding the shower/bathtub. Housekeeping has been instructed by me to keep the floor of the tub scrubbed and clean. I'm sorry that it was not clean enough for you :-( I am passing your comments on to our management company as the issues that you share are management issues. I learned of the electrical outing from our manager today. I hope it wasn't an inconvenience for you. However, I'm not sure what you mean about them not being helpful. Your 4/5 rating equals an 80% -- it is a VRBO negative for our standing. However, without your review, I would not be able to address the bathtub issue, and it certainly is not acceptable to me either! Mahalo, Gloria

Susan, I would appreciate it if you would please take the time to review your stay in our condo during your recent stay while visiting Hawaii. Positive reviews and top ratings help our standing with VRBO along with potenial guests deciding to stay with us, too. Mahalo, Gloria

Thanks, Steve, for your very positive review and top rating of your stay in our condo. I also appreciate your encouraging comment regarding easy communications with both me and our management company. Please recommend our condo to family and friends; of course, you are welcome to return anytime! Gloria :-)

Mike, thanks for your positive review and excellent rating of your stay in our condo. I appreciate that you took the time to submit it. Mahalo, Gloria

Thanks Russell for the top rating and review of your stay in our condo. Gloria

Thanks Carol! :-)

Suzanne, thanks for your review, however, I'm not sure I know what you mean by "definitely in need of an update." We have purchased new bedroom and living room furniture, new flooring throughout, a beautiful wood sliding room divider, new kitchen appliances, and new split air conditioning units all in the past couple of years. Perhaps you meant bathrooms and/or window treatments - I could agree with that since they were upgraded and replaced about 7 or 8 years ago. Our goal has always been to provide a clean, comfortable, affordable, and homey Hawaiian-themed condo for our guests -- a relaxing home away from home where guests are not fearful of spills or damage to the property. Mahalo, Gloria

Elizabeth, it is nice to hear that your stay was so enjoyable and perfect! I appreciate your kind review and excellent rating. Mahalo, Gloria

Michelle, thank you for your very positive and detailed review of your stay in our condo! I am pleased that it met your needs for you and your family. Yes, we always enjoy coffee and the views from the lanai, too. I appreciate your recommendation to others to stay in our condo. Mahalo, Gloria

Mahalo for your top rating and positive review of your stay in our condo. The lagoon is a great and safe place for children to play in the water -- adults love it too! Gloria

We strive to offer a very clean, comfortable, and pleasant stay in or condo for all of our guests. Mahalo, Gloria

Mike, Thank you for your very positive review and excellent rating of your stay in our condo. I appreciate your recommendation for others to stay in our condo, too. Your positive and thorough remarks are helpful for other guests to consider a stay in our condo. Mahalo, Gloria

Susan, thank you for your positive review and excellent rating of your brief stay in our condo. Many of our guests stay with us before and/or after taking their Hawaiian cruise. Our condo is conveniently located to their ship and offers guests the opportunity to extend their Hawaiian vacation by exploring Honolulu and Waikiki's activities and restaurants for a few days, too. Mahalo, Gloria

Rachelle, even though you communicated to me your reason for rating your stay as a 4 out of 5; unfortunately, you did not write your review to explain your reason for our potential guests to read. However, you indicated in this review, that you had "good communication with Marina Vacations," our management company. As I indicated in my response to your initial booking via VRBO, I said that Marina will assist you with any issue/problem that arises during your stay. The issue that you relayed to me in a separate email yesterday could have been fixed immediately for you. Thus, I am disappointed that your rating translates to an 80%/B- when your other comments to me yesterday were very positive but were not included in this review. I am grateful that you did enjoy your visit to Hawaii, and your stay in our condo. Mahalo, Gloria

Gordon, thank you for taking the time to review your stay in our condo. You're welcome to return on your next visit to Hawaii. Each year upon my return to the condo, I try to replace pillows and offer a variety to meet most individual preferences which I know vary significantly :-) Mahalo, Gloria

Ann, thank you for your review and excellent rating for your stay in our condo. Your suggestions for alternative parking around the Ilikai will be helpful to guests that wish to rent a car while in Honolulu. Also, I appreciate your kind comments regarding communicating with me. I do try to always respond to guests quickly with their questions and concerns. Mahalo, Gloria

Lawrence, thanks for your positive review and top rating. I'm glad that you had a great stay in our condo. It's very important to me that the condo is clean and comfortable for our guests. I will be arriving tomorrow joined by my daughter, sister, and brother-in-law. We're excited! Mahalo for taking the time to offer your comments and rating for other potential guests to read. Gloria

Linda, yes, I agree our condo in Waikiki is perfectly located and very convenient to the beach, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, activities and more. Thank you for taking the time to review your stay in our condo. I appreciate your excellent rating and positive review. Gloria

Breanne, thank you for taking the time to review and rate your stay in our condo. I appreciate the 5/5 rating and your honest review. I've passed your evaluation onto Kelli with our management company regarding the cleanliness of our condo upon your arrival. We have always insisted on the very best from our housekeeping. Less than that is not acceptable. Mahalo, Gloria

Kurt, you are definitely welcome to return anytime! I appreciate your top rating of a 5/5 and your positive review. Mahalo, Gloria
