Bienvenido a nuestro condominio de playa! Está ubicado a 2 1/2 cuadras de las playas de Oceanside, The Pier, restaurantes, bares y Farmers Market. O a 20-45 minutos en coche de muchas atracciones.

Este es nuestro segundo hogar, por lo que la casa está equipada con toallas de playa, frazadas, champú, jabón, todo está aquí. La cocina está equipada con todo lo que necesita para cocinar y entretener a su familia y amigos. Y si no te apetece pasear por la playa o explorar San Diego; Quédate cómodo en casa con una taza de té en el gran asiento de la ventana de la bahía.

Oceanside Family Getaway

Nice spacious condo close to the beach

We had a nice time. The property was nicely maintained and was exactly as described. We had plenty of room for everyone and no one felt like they were tripping over each other. The condo was well stocked with everything that was promised. The owners were easily contacted for any issues. Would recommend this property to anyone that would like a nice, clean, spacious, place close to the beach. Thnx much for everything.

It’s like staying at a friends home, but not a VRBO.

This property is close to the beach, the location is ideal. The condo is clean and the owners responded when we contacted them and they even let us check in before the official check-in time. For many people this property would work - but for our family it did not. In our past VRBO experiences - the properties are like checking into our own getaway home. This property was more like staying at a friends. The refrigerator and cupboards were filled with food on arrival (1/2 eaten gallon of ice cream, opened condiments, cereal, pancake mix, opened milk, eggs etc). There was so much food we had no where to put our groceries. We contacted the owners- they were very kind - but stated they liked leaving food for their guests so they didn’t have to buy as much, and also the food was there for them when they came and enjoyed their beach house. That didn’t work for us. We didn’t want to use milk from strangers. Also, the kitchen lacked cooking pots and pans. It had some, but the pans were too small if you are cooking for 6 adults. The property advertises it sleeps 6 but there were only a handful of hangers and 1 room had no closet or dresser so our clothes had to stay on the floor (and the trundle bed would work for kids but not for adults with adult back issues). In the one bedroom the dresser and closet had the owners clothes and shoes in it. There was also only 1 beach chair- in spite of being advertised for 6 people! The there was no cable tv - which was fine. We went to netflicks - but when we went to the site - the owners were logged in on with all their devices so we couldn’t get on. We ended up having to use our own log in - which again would be fine except I don’t travel with my netflicks username and password - because it’s auto saved since 2015! The house would work for many people, but it didn’t for us! It was not set-up like a traditional VRBO. The owners were kind and responsive. The unit was clean (except the fridge), and the location was ideal. Just too under- equipped and causal for us. If you are Low- maintenance - this would be great!

Would stay again not during heat wave

Accurate online description, really a great place to stay. I had to give it four stars because of the heat wave and being unable to use the second bedroom or office which was suppose to be for my toddler - both were entirely too hot due to pack of ac units back there. It is not the owner’s fault there was a heat wave during our stay however I would not have been able to put my toddler on the trundle or infant in her pack and play in the office anyway bc there is a skylight in this room making it too bright during bedtime. Essentially my husband, two children and I were in the master while my mother (grand mom) posted up in the living room. The beach area is also little grungy and there was a lot of trash so we walked a lot but did not beach at this location. We did use the playgrounds along the beach and they were great! I would stay here again especially because I think the neighborhood is up and coming!! Great coffee places and decent eateries. Thank you mike and heather!

Great place for a legoland trip

Great communication with owner, nice property that is an easy walk to the beach. Daybed in the window is just awesome. Parking spot is tough for longer vehicles but plenty of street parking was available.

Close to Beach

Closeness to beach, pier ocean was a definite plus, within 5-6 blocks. Food and fuel conveniently nearby. Unit was light and airy, beds comfortable, located on 3rd floor. Drive to San Diego Zoo and downtown not difficult (barring usual construction).

Great Place!

I really loved the place, plenty of room for everyone, very short walk from the beach and coffee shops. Neighbors were not too loud. They even had beach equipment and toys we could use. A simple place to enjoy some time away.

We loved our stay! Plenty of space, comfortable sleeping for 7, fully stocked kitchen and a 5 min walk to the beach! The home owners took the time to email back in length and were super kind. Would stay here again for sure.

Great location very close to nicest part of the beach

This is a super cute condo with all the necessities. Heather was very nice and welcoming. We had a small problem getting door codes at Check-in time but Heather got in touch with me by 5pm. There were snacks and food items waiting for us which was a huge help. Especially the coffee. We had 5 of us and the hot water stayed during all of showers. Towels were stocked, including beach towels, as was soap and toilet paper. We walked to the beach, which if you take the North pathway is the nicest part of Oceanside beach! Easy walk, even when carrying things. Also easy drive to whale watching in New Port and Disneyland was about 50 minutes. Bedding in master could use some newer pillows, and not a great deal of sitting space by TV in living room but we made it work. Also, no cable so can’t watch morning or evening news. Just Netflix or whatever you have a subscription for. Also, train is loud and comes what feels like every 30 minutes, but we got used to it super quick. Overall, this was a very convenient, safe, cozy place to stay within walking distance to the beach. You can’t beat that!
