Ocean view apartment Zona Romantica with amazing rooftop pool and terrace!

Enjoy staying in the middle of Zona Romantica. Have an ocean view and stay at the main street Basilio Badillo with all the nice restaurants and art galleries, but also just one block from the beach Los Muertos!
Visit the Saturday morning local market at the square just in front of your building. Everything at walking distance!

The jacuzzi on the rooftop is closed due to maintenance from May to July 2025. Rest of the amenities are available on the roof: Pool, Gym, BBQ area,, Lounge Area.

What is the layout of the apartment?

This one bedroom condo is ideal for your stay in Puerto Vallarta. Double glass sliding balcony doors give you the feel you have an open living room, but in the evening give you the privacy you want.
Entering the apartment through the front door you will find direct on your left hand the fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee machine etc. etc.
Behind the kitchen is your own washing /drying unit. There is a door that separates this part of the apartment so you can do your washing without having to worry about any noise.

From the kitchen you walk directly into the living room area passing the bar with 2 stools and with a dining table with 4 chairs and the lounge couch that if opposite the wall mounted Smart TV. Netflix can be used with your own account and Android TV box streams most of the USA live TV. Of course there is A/C in the living room as well as a fan.

The balcony and sliding doors include front and side of the apartment. Therefor the apartment is very light during the day, but thanks to the blackout curtains gives you full privacy for the evenings and a good night rest.
On the balcony you can use one of the two chairs to enjoy a drink or sit at the balcony bar at one of the 2 outside stools. Two fans to provide some cool air if needed.

The bedroom is divided from the living room by a solid sliding door and has black out curtains. Also here is an A/C and a fan installed.
An extra SMART TV with where you can use your own Netflix account and pre-installed Android TV is easy to watch from the bed.
The walk in closet is connected to the bedroom and gives you access to the bathroom with rain shower.
