¡Bienvenido a su unidad de lujo llena de arte en el cielo, con vista a la hermosa Bahía de Vallarta y al Parque Lázaro Cárdenas! Este nuevo edificio y unidad (# 501) nos deja sin aliento cada vez que entramos.

Nayri Life & Spa se encuentra en Basillo Badillo, entre Cafe de Olla y Fajita Republic en Old Town, construcción terminada en 2018. No hay colinas para subir y 1 cuadra de la playa!

La unidad es de 1 cama \ 1. 5 baños, cama king para no fumadores, con cocina completamente equipada, lavandería, cabina de ducha, armario con vestidor y balcón envolvente que permite que 2 lados de las ventanas de la sala de estar se abran por completo. día. Vistas al océano y a la selva desde este increíble mirador que mira hacia el parque Lázaro Cárdenas (plaza del pueblo). The smart home feature motion detectors control the A/C and has time and temperature limits set by owner. It went off during the night which was resolved but then the bedroom was every 30 minutes if motion was not detected. If gone from apartment both units would shut off. Eventually the program was changed to run without turning off.

Great stay in PV!

My husband and I enjoyed tremendously a relaxing stay in PV for our anniversary. The highlight of our trip was related all to staying where we had. The location was perfect (not to mention the views) and within walking distance to the BEST restaurants in PV, the beach/Malecon/boardwalk, catching the public bus or grabbing an Uber ride. The hosts provided great details and recommendations on things to do and places to eat which made planning of our trip memorable. They let us know prior there would be construction of one of the pools. We appreciated the communication. We felt safe there and the staff in the lobby were fantastic/attentive. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us! We are already talking about a return trip during whale season.

I can think of nothing that I wanted or needed that wasn't already thought of and taken care of for me by the property managers. The property was perfect, and I felt spoiled and pampered staying there. The bed was comfortable, the couch was comfortable, and I truly felt at home. It was nice to have a TV, but how could it compete with the views out the window of the ever-changing sun in the sky. I had read the reviews of the property and had some concerns about the noise, but I wasn't actually bothered by any of it at night - in fact, I found great joy in listening to the kids from the school across the street during the day. The rooftop deck and pool were perfect - especially to watch the majestic sunsets! The location was central to everything as well. Ultimately, I feel like I picked the perfect property for what was the most relaxing vacation I've ever had.

2nd Stay Soon to Book 3rd

This was our 29th vacation in Vallarta. We are both in our late sixties which make this condo a perfect choice. Its location is perfect, everything is close by, the clubs (yes we still go out) great restaurants, the beach, and shops & ATM. This unit is a gem, the wrap round deck becomes an extension of the living room, you will feel you are part of the action the moment you slide open the wall - yes, the wall fully opens! Book 10 days or more as you won’t want to come home.

Great Holiday Stay

Condo is in a great location with wonderful views. Appreciated how well the kitchen was setup. It was nice to have a few basics so you didn't have to buy everything. Would absolutely stay at this location again.

Our 24th PV Trip - This condo is one of the best.

Location, Location, Location ... At the center of Zona Romantica, everything is walkable: the best food, clubs, boutique shops, and art. A day at the beach is just a block away. If you like nightlife, this location is for you, but after the clubs, a day of relaxation on the rooftop will be welcome; enjoy the view, heated pools, and gym. Before this 24th trip to Vallarta ended, we had already re-booked.

Truly Magical Condo in Puerto Vallarta

Certainly one of the most relaxing vacations we've ever had and the Nayri #501 condo was a large part of that. The building is beautiful, safe and secure with wonderful staff. The condo itself is remarkable with amazing views and completely opening two sides of it with the sliding glass doors adds to the tropical ambience. The rooftop pools and lounge area are incredible and we found it so very relaxing to just float and look out on the bay, the waterfront, and this amazing city. The Zona Romantica location one block off the south end of the Malecon is perfect, especially if you love walking in a vibrant and energized area. It was our first time in Puerto Vallarta and we truly couldn't have chosen a better place to stay!

First Time Nayri Visitor

First time to stay at the Nayri (have seen it over the rooftop pool wall from Pacifica Residences next door). Loved the location, the rooftop pool and hot tub. Unit 501 was amazing, and even better in person than the pictures. The local property manager was very responsive whenever issues arose. Property security was perfect.

Perfect location, great hosts

We loved how central Casa Fresa is, and that we were able to walk to so many restaurants and bars. Being in the heart of the Romantic Zone, we were afraid it would be really loud at night (which we experienced at a different rental last year) but it wasn't. The condo was clean, modern, and comfortable and Jaysson and Roberto were very communicative!

Casa Fresa at Nayri Spa

View was spectacular. Loved staying in the heart of Zona Romantica. Unit was well equipped and modern. Air conditioner shuts off without any motion in the unit so had to get up in the night and turn it on. We would come back in a heart beat

Great property!

We picked this up last minute, due to another host cancellation, and we had a great time. We were able to walk everywhere, but otherwise we enjoyed the rooftop pool and patio. We would definitely stay at this properly again.

Great Value & Location

Excellent unit. Comfortable bed, great terrace, and love the corner unit with doors that open for the full benefit of the breeze. Jaysson is an excellent host - responsive and will work with you. Building staff are superb. Just a great experience in the middle fo it all. 5/5

Great Location

The unit was clean and well appointed. The owner was extremely responsive to issues. The location of the unit is on a busy street and overlooks a children's playground. If the sounds of children playing during the day and noise from the abundant nightlife nearby bothers you, you might want to reconsider. I didn't have a problem with it. It is after all in the middle of the action. That was a plus for me. I would stay there again.

We have been travelling to Puerto Vallarta since 1999. This location is a few feet from restaurants, the beach, lively entertainment, and a short walk to many bars/clubs. This building has everything we have ever dreamed of - and two walls of the living room slide away to turn this whole property into breezy outdoor living. So much of Mexico is enjoying the natural beauty which this home allowed us to do; We pinch ourselves on each visit, and you will too.

With one touch of a button - 10 massive window shades will glide up to reveal an amazing view of the beautiful Banderas Bay. Interestingly, the condo walls do not have any common neighbors and no other units look into your space with the shades up - it's quite private without any hiking!
