Quintessential Cottage near beaches and Newport center.

The cottage is an an ideal location. The cottage has two separate private bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom a full size Brd with another Roll Away bed. One Bathwih a stall shower. NEW OUTDOOR SHOWER and changing room. Very private.
Both bedrooms have luxurious bed linens and towels!
The kitchen is loaded with everything you need......Including a Lobster Pot. The cottage is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, fully stocked with spices and utensils . Essential cooking tools, Plates,, pots & pans, etc. wine, champagne and drinking glasses.
The living area has hi-speed internet, smart TV with full cable access, TV, Books, board games, novelty games and cards.
Bring your personal amenities and perishable food supplies.
The backyard is very private and feels like a sanctuary. The outdoor shower with hot and cold running water is great day or evening. The outdoor seating area is a great way to unwind after a day at the beach. Have a glass of wine Have dinner under the pergola, fully lit with beautiful lighting or sit on the back deck at the high top table and chairs.
If you want to stay home and BBQ use the Webber grill. Always with a tank of propane ready to go!

Great cozy cottage just a few minutes from Newport and great beaches. Lori was very responsive and a perfect host. We enjoyed how quiet the property was especially at night. Air conditioners kept the cottage comfortable and the front porch was a great spot for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. We will be returning to Lori’s property in the future!!

This is a wonderful cottage close to beaches and downtown Newport. The house is very well appointed and comfortable with great outdoor space as well. Our host was terrific, very cordial and responsive!

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming cottage! The location is wonderfully private and peaceful, yet it’s just a mile or two from Second and Third Beaches, Sweetberry Farm, and all of the attractions Newport has to offer.The private backyard was one of our favorite features, with beautiful trees and stone walls bordering the Norman Bird Sanctuary. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature.The cottage itself was the most well-equipped rental we have ever stayed in. Everything we could possibly need was provided, so all we had to bring were our personal belongings. The outdoor shower with changing area helped the 4 of us clean up quickly after a hike or day at the beach. The thoughtful touches made our arrival especially memorable—a beautiful vase filled with fresh flowers, a welcome gift, and snacks greeted us when we walked in and immediately made us feel special and at home.Lori was wonderful to communicate with and was responsive and helpful whenever we had a question or needed anything. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy with friends. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient getaway near the beaches and Newport!

Charming cottage, great memories!

Perfect place for 3 of us, from the moment we booked until the moment we left, the hostess was gracious. This was a great home base to explore all of what Newport has to offer. It is a well equipped cottage in a private location.

Perfect getaway

Everything was perfect. The cottage was really nice! The owner had everything you could possibly think of available as far as supplies go. It is pretty close to Newport and we did some great things in Newport and the host provided some great snacks for us.

Great cottage in an ideal location

My wife and I have stayed at many HomeAway properties and this cottage was one of the finest. The location was ideal, near great beaches and excellent sights in Newport. The cottage was very comfortable and well stocked. We will tell our friends and family about our wonderful trip to Newport!

Charming cottage

The cottage is very charming and so perfectly located near beautiful beaches and a short distance to historic Newport. Lori tips for local eating spots and grocery shopping were so helpful. She is a very attentive host and helped to make our stay memorable.

Great spot!

We had a lovely stay at Lori's cottage. It is tucked away for the utmost privacy, but close to the beaches and Sweet Berry Farm. Loved sitting on the porch and looking at the garden and using the outdoor shower! Would definitely recommend!

Perfect cottage in Newport!

Lori’s cottage was the perfect spot for a girl’s trip in Newport. It was stocked with every amenity we could ask for and was a convenient location to get into town or the beach. It was super quiet and private- we really enjoyed the outdoor furniture and shower! Easy communication with Lori before and during the stay. Will absolutely be staying here again on our next trip.

Adorable cottage

Lori was an excellent host. She was extremely thoughtful and responsive. We had an incredible girls weekend staying at the cottage. The house is stocked with anything you may need for a wonderful trip. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice private location with beautiful yard and landscaping. Lori was very responsive and had a lovely welcome basket and gift. The bathroom needs to be updated and the couch was worn and uncomfortable. Otherwise a great stay.

A hidden gem!

My husband and I stayed at the cottage for 3 days. It’s cozy, very clean, and fully stocked with everything you need. Great location, close to beautiful beaches and Newport. We will definitely be back! Lori was great to work with!

Cozy Cottage Ideal Location. Make a fire in the outdoor fire pit. Great for Roast S’mores. If the weather is finicky there’s a selection of classic book for all age groups, from the library.
The cottage is Walking distance to beaches. Near Sachuest Point wildlife refuge, beautiful Walking trail for a a picturesque 2.5 mile walk along the Atlantic. The property borders the Norman Bird Sanctuary, it makes a peaceful place for yoga or meditations, the songs of the birds and wildlife provide a beautiful, melodic concerts.
Or take stroll to Sweetberry farm to pick fresh berries, or fresh wildflowers, reward yourself with yummy ice cream!
The farm sells Locally sourced and grown fruits and vegetables with an incredible selection of meats, cheeses, fresh baked cookies, breads and pies, oh my.
