Discover this amazing 3-bedroom cottage style house in Jamestown. This waterfront property with a private beach offers the use of many of the adjacent marina amenities including a private mooring for vessels up to 30 feet in length (vessels up to 65' for an additional fee as space permits) a dinghy dock and unlimited launch service during seasonal hours.

Featuring 3 bedrooms: 3 twin beds and 1 double bed to sleep 5 people. The master bedroom, living area and full kitchen/dining boasts a beautiful view of East Passage Narragansett Bay! The bathroom includes all the necessities i.e.; hair dryer, soaps, towels etc. Kitchen has all the pots, pans and dishes needed to prepare delicious meals. House also offers Wi-Fi, AC, washer, dryer, and a barbeque grill, picnic table, Adirondack chairs and Lobster pot to fully enjoy all the outdoor space.

Easy beach access allows guests to relax and unwind, swim, sunbathe, fish, bring your paddleboard or kayak and then rinse off in the private outdoor shower. Bring your bikes to ride the hills around town or nearby Ft. Wetherill State Park. Enjoy several exquisite restaurants in town or catch the ferry to historic Newport!

We were in RI to attend our son’s ODS graduation. We found the property to a dream. We were nestled along the shoreline. We swam, took walks in the neighborhood, played yard games and enjoyed some amazing family time. Plenty to do in the area. We enjoyed a boat tour and a tour of the mansions. Additionally ate some of the best food at a half dozen restaurants. RI will always hold a warm space in my heart.

Beautiful property, some kinks to be worked out

Beautiful property right on the water. There was a kink in the check in (received the wrong code by email) and the listing did not make clear that there was only air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. The owner is new to renting and said he would address this going forward.

Great stay… ideas: more ice trays and an ice bucket for the freezer. Lawn games (Cornhole). Beach towels. Working dryer. Hooks for towels in bedrooms. Book with best bets for breakfast lunch and dinner.
