There is covered parking behind the building and a coin-op laundry onsite. Located three minutes to downtown Kenai, Old Town Kenai, the Kenai Visitors' Center, The Reading Corner, summer Saturday Market, Kenai Municipal Airport and multiple grocery stores including Safeway and Walmart. Perfect base camp for 4 to explore the kenai peninsula. Super clean and has everything you need for your stay. The bathroom is fully stocked if you forget anything

We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. It was clean, cozy and nicely decorated. Fantastic location near the beach! A great park for kids across the street. Lisa was a wonderful host, very responsive to all of our questions.

Great Stay in Kenai!!

A lovely, clean and welcoming property. It is conveniently located with designated parking right outside the unit’s entrance. Comfortable furniture and beds, extra toiletries in the bathroom in case you forgot something and a fun Alaska welcome basket. The host has been very thoughtful in planning for guests. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect location for softball tourney

The apartment came with many unexpected amenities - water in the fridge, seasonings in the cupboard, plenty of coffee pods and toiletries in the restroom. Great location for attending the softball tourney. Property manager was extremely responsive. Only drawback was the bathroom was not as clean as expected.

Fishing trip

The condo was fantastic and just a short drive on the outskirts of Kenai! Decorating in the condo was beautiful, the owner has a great eye for making it feel like your home away from home.

Adorable little place!

This was a really cute little place. The beds had plenty of blankets and pillows, the couches had great throw blankets and pillows. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and whatnot, k-cups were provided for the Keurig that was there, the freezer already had lots of ice cube trays done up and everything was very clean. Also, the shower head was fantastic! Little details like that made it great. Would definitely stay here again.

I LOVE the location of this unit. I lived here for two years before purchasing the building. I love the central location so much that when my family outgrew our apartment, I purchased our house right around the corner. I love being so close to the beach and downtown.
