Spectacular Home with Private Beach Rights

Beautiful home with five bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Our home offers a huge kitchen with Corian countertops and high end appliances, 5 bedrooms and private den with queen sleeper (sleeps 12), 3.5 baths and is over 3000 square feet. There is a 500 square foot master suite upstairs with a private balcony, and another master bedroom on the first floor. Enjoy a family dinner at the large dining table or on the covered porch. There is a living room on the first and second floor. Just 50 feet to the beach with phenomenal ocean views. Listen to the waves from the living areas or your bedroom.
The home is located in a gated community which offers a private beach, pool (in season) and two tennis courts. A terrific and safe location for families. Yes, the picture above is one home! Truly a luxurious setting.

I have rented dozens of VRBO homes. This home is at the top of the list. Great location, beautiful views, clean/large rooms. Well equiped. Host was responsive to a few questions. Our only regret is the weather being so cold we were unable to take advantage of the upstairs covered porch which would have been perfect for a large party to eat outdoors. Great place for family or multiple couples

Fantastic location with beautiful water views and sunrises. The house was well stocked with everything you need, including multiple cribs and rooms to accommodate varied sleep schedules. We went off season for Polar Express, which would only make the home that much better during the summer weather. Highly recommend!

We had a very nice stay at Steves! The area and location is beautiful and Steve made many great suggestions for restaurants. We loved the Yarmouth house, food was delicious!The proximity to the beach was great. Steves home is beautiful. We would stay again!My only complaint would be that the cleaning service doesn't do the job they should be doing to compliment Steves beautiful home:) .

My family spent Thanksgiving 2011 at this wonderful home. One of the best experiences - The owner makes everything easy, the home is so lovely - pictures do not show all its beauty, great location, tranquil and peaceful. It was a totally joyful experience I almost wanted to keep my thoughts about this great place as a secret. If you're lucky enough to stay at this home you will not be disappointed. Great house, perfect location

The house was Great - very spacious and had plenty of room for our whole family. Location was right across the street from a great beach.Only problem was house was not really clean when we arrived. Counters, floor and furniture has crumbs and dust.Spent some time wiping up and cleaning all kitchen and bathroom surfaces before we moved in. Like a review said from September 2024, house could of used a deep clean.

When the renter emailed (instead of calling) she was not satisfied with the cleanliness, our cleaning service immediately contacted her and was told she didn't require any assistance. This was only hours after check-in. Unfortunately, there wasn't any way we could satisfy this renter.

PROS: Location, Location, Location. While this property is not directly on the ocean, it is only a 5 min. Walk. The house is very spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. CONS: Property has a musty smell throughout. So much so that all our belongs smelled this way. Could use a deep clean, carpet, light fixtures, small appliances. Also, be prepared to make up the beds upon arrival. Cons:

Longtime college friends' getaway

This house was PERFECT for our group of 10 women who first met during our freshman year of college ... 45 years ago. We cooked, ate, and walked the beach and neighborhood. Plenty of room for us to spread out. We especially loved the large covered second floor porch with ocean views. House was stocked with everything we needed plus more. Thank you!

Great location, fantastic property

The house is huge and very comfortable. The living area and master bedroom are on the upper level, affording great views of the ocean. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of natural light. Walking to the beach is a breeze - just cross the road and there is a walkway to the beach. The backyard is also cozy and nice to relax in on a sunny day. The outdoor shower is sure to be handy (we did not use it since it was early May). All in all, a wonderful stay.

Amazing time

We had such an amazing time at this property. It was my family of 5, my parents, my sister's family of 4, plus my cousin all there to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday for the weekend. The house was the perfect size for all of us. The views and location were amazing. Steve was very easy to contact before and after. And he was very understanding when my 4 year old son unfortunately broke a lamp. You can tell Steve really takes care of his house. The beds were comfortable. We truly just had such a wonderful time hanging out, enjoying the views from the porch and walks on the beach. My only negative comment is you could hear all the movement upstairs from the bedrooms down below. Only issue with that was when we put babies/toddlers down for naps. I totally plan on staying at this property again in the future if Steve will have me!

Better than I could have hoped!

This rental was beautiful and was absolutely perfect for 10 girls friend to get together for a long weekend. The view, the distance to a quiet beach and the set up of the house was perfect.
