Belle maison avec cinq chambres et 3. 5 salles de bains. Notre maison offre une immense cuisine avec des comptoirs en Corian et des appareils haut de gamme, 5 chambres à coucher et une tanière privée avec un lit queen (12 couchages), 3. 5 salles de bains et plus de 3000 pieds carrés. Il ya une suite parentale à l'étage avec un balcon privé 500 pieds carrés, et une autre chambre de maître sur le premier étage. Profitez d'un dîner de famille à la grande table de la salle à manger ou sur la terrasse couverte. Il ya une salle de séjour sur le premier et deuxième étage. Seulement 50 pieds de la plage avec une vue phénoménale de l'océan. Écoutez les vagues à partir des zones d'habitation ou de votre chambre à coucher.
La maison est située dans une communauté fermée qui offre une plage privée, piscine (en saison) et deux courts de tennis. Un endroit formidable et sûr pour les familles. Oui, l'image ci-dessus est un foyer! Vraiment un cadre luxueux.

We loved the well-equipped kitchen - had everything we could possibly need. Plenty of rooms for 2 sets of grandparents, parents, one additional couple, and 2 children under age 5 (each of whom needed their own room so as not to wake the other). Loved the ocean views, enjoyed the neighborhood (lots of bunnies to entertain the kids), and easy access to the beach. Also the house was in a great location, near many restaurants and entertainment.

STUNNING location with spectacular ocean views from the entire second floor. The house is exceptionally well equipped- the kitchen easily accommodates all cooking needs for very large groups and there are plenty of beach chairs, etc. wonderful host - who found a check my son accidentally threw in the garbage and then sent it to us. So grateful and look forward to renting this property again soon!

I have rented dozens of VRBO homes. This home is at the top of the list. Great location, beautiful views, clean/large rooms. Well equiped. Host was responsive to a few questions. Our only regret is the weather being so cold we were unable to take advantage of the upstairs covered porch which would have been perfect for a large party to eat outdoors. Great place for family or multiple couples

Fantastic location with beautiful water views and sunrises. The house was well stocked with everything you need, including multiple cribs and rooms to accommodate varied sleep schedules. We went off season for Polar Express, which would only make the home that much better during the summer weather. Highly recommend!

We had a very nice stay at Steves! The area and location is beautiful and Steve made many great suggestions for restaurants. We loved the Yarmouth house, food was delicious!The proximity to the beach was great. Steves home is beautiful. We would stay again!My only complaint would be that the cleaning service doesn't do the job they should be doing to compliment Steves beautiful home:) .

Perfect Spot!

This was our 2nd time renting this gorgeous home! It is the perfect spot for our annual girls weekend! The home has everything you need and is in the perfect location! Steve is amazing to work with and very thoughtful- thanks for the late check out! We'll be back next year!

Perfect Getaway Ocean House

This was our second year at this property for a reunion of long-time female college friends. The large, well-stocked kitchen, living space, accommodations, water views, and easy access to the beach keep us coming back. Property manager was professional and prompt. Thank you for sharing your home!

Best of Everything

My family spent Thanksgiving 2011 at this wonderful home. One of the best experiences - The owner makes everything easy, the home is so lovely - pictures do not show all its beauty, great location, tranquil and peaceful. It was a totally joyful experience I almost wanted to keep my thoughts about this great place as a secret. If you're lucky enough to stay at this home you will not be disappointed. Thank you very much Steve.

Great house, perfect location

The house was Great - very spacious and had plenty of room for our whole family. Location was right across the street from a great beach.Only problem was house was not really clean when we arrived. Counters, floor and furniture has crumbs and dust.Spent some time wiping up and cleaning all kitchen and bathroom surfaces before we moved in. Like a review said from September 2024, house could of used a deep clean.

When the renter emailed (instead of calling) she was not satisfied with the cleanliness, our cleaning service immediately contacted her and was told she didn't require any assistance. This was only hours after check-in. Unfortunately, there wasn't any way we could satisfy this renter.

PROS: Location, Location, Location. While this property is not directly on the ocean, it is only a 5 min. Walk. The house is very spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. CONS: Property has a musty smell throughout. So much so that all our belongs smelled this way. Could use a deep clean, carpet, light fixtures, small appliances. Also, be prepared to make up the beds upon arrival. Cons:

Longtime college friends' getaway

This house was PERFECT for our group of 10 women who first met during our freshman year of college ... 45 years ago. We cooked, ate, and walked the beach and neighborhood. Plenty of room for us to spread out. We especially loved the large covered second floor porch with ocean views. House was stocked with everything we needed plus more. Thank you!

This home was a true gem. The gated community was quiet and perfect for our family . The house was well stocked with every amenity, clean, spacious and an amazing view to boot! The proximity to the private beach made this a perfect location for a beach vacation ! Highly Recommend

Great location, fantastic property

The house is huge and very comfortable. The living area and master bedroom are on the upper level, affording great views of the ocean. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of natural light. Walking to the beach is a breeze - just cross the road and there is a walkway to the beach. The backyard is also cozy and nice to relax in on a sunny day. The outdoor shower is sure to be handy (we did not use it since it was early May). All in all, a wonderful stay.
