Large one bedroom apartment in the heart of Madison on State Street in a landmark building. Located right above Michelangelo's coffeehouse, it is 1/2 block from the capitol square and 5 blocks to UW Madison. Right outside the front door is Madison's best eating and drinking, along with great entertainment venues. 750 square feet with a queen bed in the bedroom and a full size pull out sofa with a foam mattress. Apartment has a full kitchen and laundry.

City parking ramp with reasonable rates less than a block away.

Great home away from home for UW move-in

The property is very comfortable and clean. The property manager was very helpful from start to finish....and we communicated a lot. Important things were labeled or noted throughout the apartment. The washer & dryer were a key to our successful move-in. The A/C was great too! Loved the location. We will try to return!

For the price and location, this place can’t be beat! Close to a wide variety of restaurants and bars, and right above a coffee shop. We will stay here again the next time we’re in Madison!

just an utter delight (except for the coffee maker)

This flat is perfect!!! The bed is among the top 3 most comfortable beds I have EVER slept on. high quality sheets and towels! clean as a whistle . Stained glass windows and location simply cannot be beat. Only disappointment was coffee maker produced sludge (coffee is of particular importance to us). Also, outlets in the dining area did not seem to work. But these are trifles that are easily fixed. We will reserve this again.
