Cozy Pigeon Meadow house on the Little Pigeon River, located minutes away from the five-mile strip. What better way than to wake up in the morning, sipping a glass of coffee on the back deck overlooking the river, going out back to play beanbag toss or basketball in the front area. Can't beat that!!! To get to Gatlinburg, we are just 11 miles away, 2 miles to The Island in Pigeon Forge, and 5 miles to Dollywood. We are close enough to all the fun attractions for you and your family to enjoy!

Cozy Pigeon Meadow house is a 3 bedroom w/ xtra bonus room/bedroom, 3 bath home set on the Pigeon Forge River with a secluded walking path along the river and throughout the meadow with large canopies of trees. There is a covered picnic area a stone's throw away from the house. Fishing, bicycling and kayaking is just a few steps away (bring your poles, gear and kayaks). We are an easy 2 miles from downtown Pigeon Forge, without the mountain type roads for your easy access. This beautiful home features all the amenities you need and a fully equipped kitchen (just bring groceries). Coffee is provided for you! Our home provides a "great room" environment and features that includes: gas log fireplace in the living room, 4 flatscreen TV's with blu ray players for each with family fun DVD's provided. We provide cable TV and free 75MB wi-fi. Beddings & towels are provided. Cozy Pigeon Meadow house will sleep 9. Kids Friendly cabin. There is covered parking for 4 vehicles underneath and 2 in driveway. Unfortunately, basketball hoop was swept away from a flood and now permanently banned from HOA due to liabilities.

The river beside the house provides great water play, slow current to relax in or float down river to many attractions. There is biking, hiking, grillin' out the front door. Minutes away from days of fun attractions and dining experiences in Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Remember to book your “in this cabin massage” with Gatlinburg Mobile Massage.

There is one Ring exterior camera at the front deck for the sole purpose of property protection and neighborhood view. We do not view this camera.

We do not allow extra guest staying overnight (other than those listed on this reservation). If so, will lead to extra charges per person per night.

There are 6 charcoal grills over at the pavilion that you can use less than 200 feet from the front door. We just ask that you clean after yourselves.

Christmas stay with family.

Our stay was wonderful and the house was perfect for our family. Everyone had sufficient room and the beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect because it was close to everything we did in Pigeon Forge. We definitely would recommend this house for a family stay.

Great location and lots of room in this house.

The house has a great location and very roomy and clean. Would definitely stay there again. The only drawback I have is that we were there the first week in December and there were no Christmas decorations in the house. We visit Pigeon Forge the same week every year for the Gatlinburg Christmas parade and we've never stayed in a house that wasn't decorated. If there has been at least a Christmas tree it would have made it so much more festive and cozy. Just a suggestion for

Peaceful

It was a great weekend. It was so nice and quiet. The only problem we had was we could not get the shower to work in the bathroom with the tub.

Felt like Home

No surprises. Everything as described! It was super nice! For us, we basically spent day at Dollywood til closing and just stayed the one night there. Would love to go back with no outside plans just to enjoy it. Would reccomend it highly. We live on the Coosawattee River in North Georgia, so it was very peaceful - like being home!

Great stay

We had a great visit to Pigeon Forge with our family. We were in town for a wedding and our stay couldn’t have been better. The home was spotlessly clean and perfect for us. The location was great, just out of town but easy to get to the parkway and everything in Pigeon Forge. The river view and walking path were a nice plus. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Beautifully decorated. Very clean and located at the end of of the neighborhood; so it’s very quiet and peaceful. The house has everything you’d need.

Nice Place To Stay

This was our third time staying here. It was clean and well kept as always. It’s convenient to the Pigeon Forge strip and Wears Valley Rd. The house is in a quiet cul de sac and on the creek. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location

Stayed for 4 days for a Sister's getaway. The house was perfect. The location was close to everything but yet very peaceful. Enjoyed the river view and watching the geese. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Quick Overnight

Me and two friends stayed at this property overnight after spending the day a Dollywood. It was a great location near the main stretch. The neighborhood was quiet. We had some rain in the evening so we ordered food to be delivered and enjoyed the back porch. It was a great landing spot. Everything was clean and comfy. Would stay here again for a longer time if I were in the area.

Fantastic Place/ was perfect for our Family Christmas together

We have family in Indiana and we are in SC so this is our meeting place in Pigeon Forge to celebrate Christmas together and enjoy some family Fun together. The house was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay!! We hope to use this beautiful home for many more visits!!! Thank you so much!!

Great location, house needs improvements

Upon entering front porch, furniture very old. Could not sit in it. Main level had several issues. Fireplace broken with a hand written note, front bedroom ceiling had leak stains that had not been repaired. Front bedroom has no closet. Front bedroom bathroom shower liner torn and falling down. Electrical outlet in front bedroom falling out. Wash machine very loud. Full beds in downstairs tight for two people. Upstairs master bedroom, shower very tiny and fan does not work. Tiny bed attached to main upstairs bedroom usable by small child. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house.

Lovely home in excellent location

We stayed here for a sister's reunion and women's conference. The owner was very polite and helpful. Five of us stayed. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with dishes, cookware, tools. There is a Keurig but no coffee pot and k-cups were provided. The home is along a quiet stretch of river in a quite neighborhood only a short drive from the main Blvd. strip. The location couldn't have been nicer.

Fall fun

The house was very nice. The kitchen is missing several things- potholders, dishes for serving , no frying pan that doesn’t stick. Refrigerator continues to leak- ruined some of our food. Only coffee maker is single serving- we prefer areal coffee pot. When reserving they added an additional guest charge $ 160.00 besides cleaning fees and security fees. I think if it is a cabin for 8 it shouldn’t charge so much more——😉😉

Fall break vacation

The house was clean decorated nicely. We loved how everything was 5 mins away or less from where we stayed. If I needed to ask the managers a question, they would respond quickly. The only downside was mattress downstairs in one of the bedrooms and not enough skillets, but overall we had a really nice time!!

We are the Lugar family. My husband and I have been married for 10 years and we created two of the most beautiful, funny, cute, and outgoing miniature versions of ourselves. Makayla is 8 years old. She’s a huge animal lover and enjoys anything that is related to animals. Madison is 5 years old and her favorite thing to do is everything that her sister does. Just like their parents, our kids love to golf and play tennis. My husband, the business man, has been self employed as a Real Estate Property Inspector for 19 years. We are a very spontaneous family who loves to travel and enjoy life to its fullest.

I was born in Chattanooga,Tennessee and was introduced by my grandparents to this beautiful town of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge..The Great Smoky Mountains! This was one of the places where we went as a family to celebrate Christmas...a place where our family came together. Years later, my sister Kim, who is a Realtor, sold us three lovely homes that we use on vacations and allow others to enjoy them. The houses have been fully updated and modernized with a feeling like you’re walking into a Ritz Carlton (not an old outdated cabin look). We provide our guests with all typical amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, blow dryer). The kitchen has the basic cookware that makes traveling a little lighter/easier if you plan for a longer stay. We also have an album that gives guests an idea of where to go eat and have fun. As a welcome from us, we provide chocolates, coffee (k-cups), and bottled water. What better way than waking up in the morning sipping a cup of coffee in the back patio overlooking and listening to the serene river?! We absolutely enjoy it and that’s why all three rentals are on the Little Pigeon River! Our goal is to make sure your stay is as comfortable as it is for us every time we visit. We have a great crew of helpers that will do their best to make sure YOUR stay is as comfortable and homey as possible. We thank you for visiting our site and look forward to having you all again!
