Elegant 3 bedroom two bath home that can sleep 6 adults or a combination of 7 adults and children comfortably. The home is ideal for corporate rentals and vacation getaways and is minutes from golf courses, shopping, dining, and the strip for nightlife activities. The home has been newly renovated with high end stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and modern furniture throughout. Two dining areas are available for both formal and casual dining. In the backyard you will find a covered patio with dining and seating areas, along with beautiful desert landscaping and a golf practice area with putting green, chipping area, and sand trap.

Great house, master shower is as nice as anything out there. Furniture is new and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you'll need. Super easy access to the Hwys, good location. Owner was super easy to work with, I will definitely stay here again!

The area seemed safe and clean.

Definitely would recommend staying here. Everything that may be needed was provided. Mark was great, he responded quickly and was very well mannered and just seemed like a very nice person. The home is beautiful and spacious. Great area, close to several restaurants, shopping stores.

Great stay in Vegas

We stay there for about a month. Great house with big clean backyard. Neighborhood is clean and quiet. The house was very clean and beautiful. We also found everything we need, you can basically bring there just your toothbrush and be absolutely comfortable. Comfortable beds, huge tv, all kitchen appliances, clean garage. Will definitely recommend. Thank you for the great vacation we had in your house!

Mark was a great host! We couldn’t have been more pleased with how he communicated with us and how whenever we had a question or need edsomething it was a quick response. He periodically would check in to see if we were okay. He was very professional and we couldn’t have asked for more. The home was beautiful and provided everything we needed and more! It’s a nice and quiet neighborhood in a great location. My family and I were very pleased with our stay! I would highly recommend Marks property! Great Property, Perfect Location

We've spent almost six weeks here and had everything we needed in our home away from home. The property really is in an ideal location to access anything you could possibly want or need - retail shops, infinite restaurant choices and only 20 minutes from the Strip, if you want to go there. Moving in the first day after a cross-country trip was easier than usual since the owner stocked the house with paper goods, toiletries, and even what we needed to do laundry. The floors, countertops, master bath shower, and kitchen have all been upgraded to modernize the house. It was comfortable and has all the amenities. Definitely a good value, and we can highly recommend staying here. The owner is quickly responsive to questions or concerns, and we had no issues whatsoever.
