Overall the property was an A plus !!Great location, extremely well equipped and Lora responded to any questions immediately. We would certainly recommend this property and would definitely rent again.

Best Stay Ever

House was extremely comfortable and inviting. House was ready and very clean upon starting the stay. Owner was very respectful, courteous, and enjoyable to talk to. We didn’t have any issues during the rental. Should the need arise in the future, I’ll certainly look for this rental.

Nicely Updated House in a Walkable Neighborhood

We stayed here for 3 months when we first moved to Las Vegas. It was perfect for us and our dog, too.The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was quiet.The landlord was easy to reach, friendly and quickly answered any questions we had.We were able to walk to the grocery and drug stores, local restaurants and bank. We always felt safe.We highly recommend this property!

5 Wonderful Weeks in Summerlin

My wife and I spent 5 very nice weeks in this property. We were located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood in Summerlin adjacent to a park and numerous landscaped walking trails. Shops and grocery stores were very convenient. Our host did an awesome job answering questions and went above and beyond on our requests. The house was very comfortable and we'd definitely stay here again!

Quiet and Safe neighborhood

We have rented in the Las Vegas valley for the past 4 years. This was the nicest, most quiet and comfortable neighborhood yet. The Host was pleasant, responsive and attentive. The home was comfortable, clean and had many safety features. Very close to a grocery store and a trail system to walk. Thank you much

Accommodating host

The property was great. Nice back yard, simple taste (not cluttered) and the host was gracious enough to allow us to check in early since there wasn’t a guest before us. I’d return.

Beautiful Summerlin Property

Another great stay! This was our second stay at this property and it did not disappoint. The house is very nicely furnished and extremely comfortable to live in. Great, and quiet neighborhood with a nice view to the western mountains and beautiful neighboring mature landscaping and trees. Great trails and public walking areas adjacent to the house made for enjoyable and relaxing walks. Location is also great for daily shopping needs plus the added fun of the Summerlin Downtown area an easy 10 minute drive away. Lora was a great host and very easy to communicate with. We hope to be able to return in 2026. Thank you!!

We were in town for work. This house is in a lovely quiet neighborhood with great access to restaurants and grocery stores. Perfect for us.

Beautiful home, comfortable stay

We had a wonderful visit to Las Vegas. The homeowner was very attentive and helpful. The home is beautiful and comfortable, we all slept great. The only downside is there is a small amount of road noise from a busy street behind the home, but it wasn’t disruptive and there is a white noise machine in the master bedroom, so it didn’t bother us at all. We would happily stay here again!!!

Lovely house!

This is a darling clean stylish house in Summerlin. It is within a few minutes of manicured walking trails and stores. Great option for a non-hotel Vegas trip.

Excellent property great service

Our host was very helpful and she had a very clean recently remodeled home. Perfect for relaxing and spacious enough for a couple or a small family. Really enjoyed and would definitely recommend.

Fabulous!

This is return stay for us! It’s perfect for our requirements and the location is superb! The addition this year of a working desk was a great success with my husband who always works when we travel! WiFi fast too! I also left a five star review after our stay last year! We would definitely return again!

Lovely and comfortable home

My family and I stayed at Lora’s home in February 2019. The home was beautiful and very functional for us with an open kitchen and living space. Lora was a fantastic host and provided everything we needed to feel comfortable. She even provided a pack and play for my 5 month old daughter. We didn’t go for the strip, but did end up making a visit which was only a 15-20 minute Uber ride. Thank you Lora for a wonderful experience. We appreciated hospitality!

Beautifully presented property. Lora the owner was efficient and delightful she dropped by to say hello! You really only need to bring your clothes! Just about every thing else was there, shampoos, shower gels, cleaning products etc. Great location! Good WiFi! Walking distance to a nearby Mall, with Albertsons Grocery Store, CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks to name a few. Walking trail a short stroll away. We had a rental car whilst we were there. I did see the 210 bus which stopped a short walk from the property, but I’m not sure about it’s route. We had a very happy time there. Would return and stay again.

Perfect Home Away from Home

Sehr hochwertig Einrichtung mit perfekter und sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche. Frisch renoviertes Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern und genug Platz für sechs Personen. Die Badezimmer sind sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Haus steht in einer sehr geflegten Wohnanlage mit ruhiger und angenehmer Nachbarschaft. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Das Stadtteilzentrum mit allen notwendigen Geschäften (Apotheken, Lebensmittelgeschäft usw) ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Verkehrstechnisch sehr gut angeschlossen, in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto auf dem Highway. Nationalparks wie Joshua Tree Park, Death Valley, Grand Canyon oder Red Rock National Park sind gut erreichbar. Las Vegas Strip/Blvd und Downtown in 10 min. Hoover Staudamm in 30 min. Perfekt für Freunde und Familien.
