The house is exactly as described. It’s clean, comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. Nadia warmly welcomed us, showed us around and explained how everything worked. It’s just a short bus ride into town and the area is so peaceful, we would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you so much, we had a brilliant few days

Great spot

Great house and location for family and friends. Close to Kotor but far enough away. Great dining along the water. Nada was terrific.

Beautiful house by the water

As a group of 7 adult family members we had a lovely stay in this house right by the water in Kotor Bay. Everything was excellent about this beautiful renovated old stone house.

Incredible house and host!

It was the most amazing location, house and host!! We felt so warmly welcomed and were provided all the best insight and advice into making our stay incredible! The wonderful amenities and all the thoughtful touches including coffee and drinks just made it feel like home. We really appreciate the extra time spent ensuring our stay was special and hope to come back soon!

Kotor stay

Great four bedroom apartment about a 5 minute boat ride from the town of Kotor. Very relaxing, right on the water and with everything you need to make your stay wonderful. Fully equipped kitchen,Located clise enough to Kotor to make access relatively easy but far enough awsy so that you can avoid the crowds when the cruise ships arrive. Excellent restaurants located within walking distance.

Perfect Reunion Spot

The house was all we expected and more. The location was excellent. The property owner and manager were helpful and responsive. Montenegro is a jewel that is off the radar of many Americans. The location made it easy to get to other attractions in the country, but there is plenty to do all around the Bay of Kotor. We had nine people for a family reunion, and everyone was pleased with the facility. Precanj is quieter than Kotor proper, and I highly recommend this house.

Wow is an understatement! This home was absolutely perfect for our family of 8 adults and 2 children. The view of Kotor Bay from the front windows was stunning and the neighborhood people were very friendly. We enjoyed drinking coffee by the water each morning and swimming in the afternoon. Our evenings were spent visiting with each other around the back garden patio table. The house is well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the A/C was cool. Communication was very easy and the manager Nadja was wonderful! We will definitely be back soon!

Beautiful house

Our party of 7 adults loved our week in Prjanc. The house was perfect for us and had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and had a great, high spec kitchen. The air conditioning was very welcome. We enjoyed the beautiful courtyard and the ponta. Our fellow neighbours were all very welcoming on the ponta, which was a beautiful setting and so convenient to just cross (the surprisingly busy road) to go for a cooling swim. The house was very clean. Nada was outstanding in her communication and help and advice. Thank you Nada. All in all an excellent stay in a beautifully located house.

Montenegro at it's best!

Best stay of our European rental experiences (and believe me we have had many as we are based in Greece and travel often)! From arranging our booking (Julie responded to all our questions so professionally and informatively it made our planning so easy) to our not wanting to leave Heritage Stone Villa, everything was perfect. My son and I travelled from Dubrovnik in September and easily found the Villa in Prcanj. Spacious and so well equipped (literally the best kitchen ever!) with just the 2 of us it was perfect but there was still space for more! Later our friends arrived and with the casita off the back garden we were all so comfortable. My room was the top floor with a queen bed and a little secret balcony overlooking the water and an ensuite bathroom (exquisite views). We would have our morning coffee and evening drinks out on the Punta (right on the water with great outdoor furniture and a fresh water shower for after a dip) and then our meals in the back garden off the wonderful kitchen. We explored all of Montenegro with The Heritage Stone Villa as our base and we are already planning when we will return. Highly Recommend!

Maison très confortable et ponton privé 😍

Maison très lumineuse et très bien équipée. La place devant la maison est un réel plus au vu de la difficulté pour se garer sur cette route Ponton privé très agréable et très bien aménagé A noter que la route menant à la location est quand même très étroite et très fréquentée donc accès difficile qui rallonge beaucoup les temps de route, il faut le savoir, mais la maison est tellement agréable que finalement nous avons profité aussi de rester au ponton La maison est située au dessus d un appartement et mitoyenne mais cela ne gêne en aucun cas Nadya est extrêmement disponible et flexible sur les heures d arrivée et de départ Nous étions 8 en famille, nous recommandons cette location ! Chill Chardonay + Balken feta by the sea = perfect

We arrived for our second visit to Montenegro and the quiet and charming seaside town of Prcanj by winding along a picturesque ocean road, a very convenient 15 minutes to the "Old Town" and Castle. This gorgeous waterfront Historic stone house is a completely renovated family home with stunning oceanfront views over the bay of Kotor .Our favourite afternoon haunt ? the stone waterfront patio in the morning for swimming , afternoon/eve with a glass of chilled wine, watching the sun go down over the bay. High end appliances, all amenities you could want with clean with comfortable beds . There is a really lovely back grape vine covered large garden patio with private casita , the perfect place for an adult or teen that wants extra privacy within hailing distance of the main kitchen . The lush garden terrace is the perfect place for long lunches before a siesta in the shade . We enjoyed swimming off the oceanside punta patio with loungers, umbrella and a fresh water shower .We could have stayed here and never left , but it is also a great location for day trips to local parks, kayaking and neighbouring towns etc. The castle courtyards and weekend market was a delight for the senses .Thank you for now our second visit ! Would I recommend this holiday rental to my best friend? Yes.
