Bienvenue au 255 Spring Street, Unité 10!

Propriété historique et amoureusement entretenue du West End dans un immeuble calme. Excellente proximité de nombreux restaurants, galeries d'art, magasins et à quelques pas du Vieux Port de Portland et à quelques minutes en voiture des plages, de l'aéroport, de la gare et de nombreuses attractions touristiques.

Le niveau inférieur comprend un salon avec parquet en bois franc qui s'ouvre sur un grand espace bureau, une cuisine avec coin repas, de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit, ainsi qu'une salle de bain entiÚrement rénovée avec un nouveau carrelage et une coiffeuse. Hauts plafonds, piÚces baignées de lumiÚre et détails d'époque.

Le niveau supérieur est recouvert de moquette avec 2 grandes chambres. Grands placards sans rendez-vous, 2 lits doubles (pas les lits queen ou king), miroirs pleine longueur et décor attrayant. Les deux chambres ont des unités de climatisation. Un coin salon ou un coin lecture éclairé avec une lucarne complÚte cette partie.

Autres commodités: accÚs WiFi, entrées sécurisées, cour commune, unités de climatisation, etc. Propre, branché et élégant!

Veuillez noter qu'il y a un moniteur de télévision mais aucun service de cùble ou de télévision disponible avec cet appareil. Il y a un accÚs WiFi et un bel espace bureau avec un bureau, une chaise et une étagÚre.

Notez également qu'il n'y a qu'une seule salle de bain dans cette unité et que celle-ci se trouve au 1er étage, à un niveau séparé de celui des 2 chambres à coucher.

This apartment was a great home base for exploring Portland. It was walkable to downtown but ride sharing was very close by if we weren’t feeling it. Tidy and quiet space with all the basics you need. Communication with host was great- we had one issue that he mediated quickly. We enjoyed our stay here.

The home is in a great neighborhood. The property is clean and cozy. Easy to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Only complaint is parking. Can be a little challenging at times to park close to property. Would definiyely stay again.

Cozy and convenient location

We truly enjoyed our stay here! It was very cozy, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, and we could easily walk to the popular spots in Portland. The host was very responsive and accommodating. If we’re ever in Portland again, we’d check this availability!

Space was nice, clean, quiet, comfy beds! Good communal space to hang. Only con was the 1 bathroom for 3 guests but that was manageable. Parked on a side street without issues and close to center of things Portland

Girls' Weekend in Portland!

We loved the apartment, it was clean and well appointed and perfect for our girls' weekend in Portland! The location is excellent- we found fabulous restaurants and a wonderful gourmet market within blocks of the apartment. Highly recommend this property and we will return!

We had a great extended weekend staying here. It was perfectly located to catch a concert at Thompson’s Point and to get down to the Old Port downtown area. It was very clean and comfortable. We always found a parking spot within a block even late at night and felt very safe in the area. Super owner, great communication. We forget an Apple Watch and the owner found it and shipped it to us. I highly recommend staying here for your time in Portland.

Perfect for a long weekend

My wife and I were in town for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. It’s a quick walk to the downtown area and had great coffee shops/cafes within the immediate area. Great place for a long weekend.

The place is just as described. Beds were comfortable, and the property had lots of "extras" provided: coffee, toilet paper, some spices, etc. The location was great... It's a pretty, quiet, residential area with a few great cafes nearby and only a 15 min. walk into downtown. The bathroom is a bit snug for 4 people, especially with it being on a different floor than the bedrooms, but otherwise we had no issues! The host Jeff really earned his 5 stars, as he generously accomodated an early check in/late check out and helped us receive two packages we had to send last minute. Thank you for a great stay!
