Unidad frente al Golfo de 3 dormitorios y 4 baños, ubicada en el piso 29 en el nuevo desarrollo a lo largo de la costa del Golfo. La suite principal cuenta con una cama King y un baño privado, que incluye una bañera de hidromasaje y una gran ducha con doble cabezal de ducha. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama king y también tiene un baño privado. El tercer dormitorio cuenta con dos camas queen size y baño privado. Cada habitación y sala de estar tiene una gran televisión de pantalla plana. Todas las habitaciones tienen un reproductor de DVD. El cuarto baño cuenta con ducha a ras de suelo.

Esta unidad mide aproximadamente 1,958 pies cuadrados y cuenta con acceso inalámbrico a Internet y cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, mostradores de granito y un bar con fregadero con máquina de hielo. Hay una lavadora y secadora grandes.

El condominio Phoenix West II ofrece espectaculares vistas al frente del Golfo y fabulosas comodidades. Beautiful condo with a beautiful view

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view! Great pool, lazy river and splash pad! Easy access to the beach! We had issues with our washer when we arrived. Sent a message to management and they switched out the broken one for a newer one. The mattresses could use an update, but overall no real complaints!

The only complaint I have is that there isn’t anywhere in the kitchen to store food except the countertop. No pantry. If you go to check in between peak times (3-6) be prepared to wait in elevators.

Also, the master bedroom only has a sliding door that was broken. We were there a week, made three calls to management but they did not repair during our stay.

There was construction directly above our rooms for 4 days which was extremely loud and distruptive. We e-mailed liquid life to notify them but never received a reply. On our last day the tub jets malfunctioned and water was spilling out of the walls into the hall. Maintenace was in our room until 10:30 at night cutting a hole in the wall. For the amount of money that we spent to stay there, we were not happy with the multiple disruptions. We will not be staying there again.

Decent size outdoor heated pool. Easy access to beach. Beach offered for rentals . Cons, no kerig for coffee, have to pay for parking pass. Checkout on Sunday morning was very hard to get an elevator due to everyone trying to leave at the same time

Great condo! Easy and convenient for check in and checkout. Appliances were great! The mattresses were not in the best condition. They probably need to be replaced. The bedding was nice white and new. The AC makes a loud pop when it turns on. The amenities at the facility were family friendly! Otherwise great condo! Thank you!!

Wonderful condo to enjoy the beach in!

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was beautiful and clean. There was more than enough room for my family and the view of the ocean was so nice! I will definitely rent this again when we come back next year!

Too pricey!!!

Whirlpool tub out of order. Pocket doors kept falling off track. Queen beds terrible in double bed bedroom. Mattresses and springs squeaked awfully every time you moved. Made it very uncomfortable! Too pricey for the lack of quality!!!

Good location and liked the privacy of the balcony

Experience overall was great. Great location with shopping, restaurants and things to do close by. Loved sitting on the balcony listening to the gulf and watching the waves. The only issue was that we expected to use the jet tub it was out of order with a please do not use sign on it.
