Tutto fornito per la migliore vacanza in famiglia di sempre. Abbiamo una nuova piscina riscaldata / vasca idromassaggio all'interno di una recinzione schermata collegata alla casa. Bello, luminoso, leggero e molto pulito. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia 400 piedi appena attraversata Estero Boulevard, accesso deeded, alla spiaggia, Proprietà ha il suo molo privato sul canale a 12 minuti di barca dal Golfo. Un isolato per il negozio molto vicino ai ristoranti locali, e posti per mangiare ma con la cucina completa non devi mangiare fuori ogni pasto. Marina, negozio navale, ristoranti, spiaggia, parco e Baia Estero tutti nelle vicinanze. Il tuo affitto di tutto il primo piano è di tre camere da letto con 5 posti letto 7, ha 1 bagno, e un ampio soggiorno, zona pranzo e zona salotto, La cucina è ben fornita con pentole nuove e una grande area lavanderia con rondella piena e asciugatrice. C'è anche un recinto chiuso della piscina schermato che si affaccia sul canale e sullo splendido paesaggio. Non dimenticare la griglia a gas, 2 nuovi TV da 55 "con cavo, internet molto veloce e tutte le stoviglie nuove e ipoallergenici. Recentemente dipinto e decorato. Questa posizione è tranquilla ma centrale per tutta l'azione di Fort Myers Beach. Il vialetto ha spazio per 5 auto. Conserva la tua attrezzatura da spiaggia e le biciclette nel garage chiuso. 5 brutte biciclette sono fornite per il vostro uso e una nuova carrozza da spiaggia per il trasporto di refrigeratori e sedie per la spiaggia. I cani sono i benvenuti sulla spiaggia al guinzaglio. I cani sono i benvenuti nella nostra casa con il pagamento della tassa per i cani. (Siamo così dispiaciuti che non possiamo ospitare gatti a causa di allergie.) Perfect, dog friendly vacation house.

David’s place was just right for me my husband and our golden-doodle and could have accommodated more guests.The house is on a peaceful canal, a very short walk to the beach and has a lovely pool and hot tub. Coffee and breakfast at the dockside table became a habit. The house and the yard were meticulously clean and well kept, and the kitchen was well equipped. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock and having the use of the bicycles was a bonus. David was a wonderful host very easy to talk with and very invested in us having a good time. Being only a block away from Publix also made life easier. We will be reserving again for next year.

Quick trip to Ft. Myers Beach

It was nice to get back to Ft. Myers beach. The house is spacious, clean, well appointed, and the pool and hot tub did not disappoint. The channel view is nice. Able to fish off the dock. The beach is just a 3 minute walk. Publix is also a very short walk which might be one of the best things about this location. The owner has bikes to ride which were a lot of fun and necessary at times on the island. The owners also live upstairs in a private suite and are able to help if anything is needed. They are wonderful people. Our family will be back. Just keep in mind the island is still recovering, but most things are open again.

Perfect for Family getaway

House was great for our infant and us. Definitely could have accommodated more family easily. Great communication with David before and during our stay. Access to beach was so easy and having Publix and Restaurants a street over was a lifesaver. Pool was great for days not on the beach. Can’t way to come back as the rest of FMB rebuilds.

Our favorite place!

This was a great place to stay to visit the beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast of Florida! We had more than enough room for our family of 6. Our hosts were very helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. They had everything and more for us to use there. We were able to catch a few catfish right outside the house! Also, we took full advantage of their nice pool and hot tub every night. We walked right across the road to Fort Meyers beach with the beach wagon and chairs provided by David and Katie and even hauled them in our rental car to Lovers Key State Park beach, Marco Island, Sanibel Island and Captiva. We are already planning our next trip to come back and stay again!

Beach family vacation

David and Katie's place was fantastic! It has everything you want in a family vacation. The kids spent hours playing in the pool and hot tub. The beach is only a 5 min walk from the house. The bikes were great for exploring the island and checking everything out. We rented kayaks from David and Katie and launched them from their backyard in the canal. We saw dolphins multiple times kayaking in the bay. They are also located in the middle of the island, away from the hustle and bustle on the northern end of the island. Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend.

Great location on Fort Meyers Beach

This unit has a terrific location right next to the beach and with great amenities including a pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, laundy and fishing dock. One of the better stocked VRBOs we've ever stayed in and David & Katie are always nearby and available if you should need anything. We had a great family vacation.

Great Family Getaway

Had a wonderful time! Very clean house with hosts that went above and beyond expectations. Despite the damage that remains from the hurricane, Fort Myers did not disappoint. Very little open on the island, but the drive inland was not a real issue for us as it might be for some. The Publix a short block away was a Godsend for even little things.

Wonderful Family Vacation!!!

We absolutely loved our stay!!! House was clean, location was excellent, pool was amazing, and the beach was peaceful! The icing on the cake was being able to share our vacation with our 2 dogs. We loved spending our mornings on the dock drinking our coffee before hitting the beach and then returning to the pool for the heat of the day. Our kids couldn’t get enough of the pool! We also enjoyed seeing manatees and dolphin swim up the canal. Fishing was also great right off the dock! This place definitely checked all our boxes!!!

Beautiful peaceful property

My Mom, our Yorki and I stayed for 11 days. It was quiet and absolutely beautiful. The property is close enough to restaurants and attractions for convenience and far enough away for peace and quiet. The pool is wonderful and so is the canal access and distance to the marina. It was a perfect getaway.

Great Location. Great Beach. Very quiet.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this place. It was clean, neat, efficient and very quiet. We really enjoyed the pool and the walk to the beach was very easy (the cart provided with the chairs and umbrellas was a big +). The Publix is literally 1 block away which made it easy to get any thing we needed. Nice restaurants were also very close. We will definitely return again.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed all this property has to offer! Highly recommend!

This property is in an excellent location - right on a canal with great access for fishing, boating, kayaking, and just a short walk to the beach. We used the beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler daily. We also enjoyed using the bikes and kayaks.. The pool was very clean and a perfect temperature. We loved using it daily, as well. Our family of 6 (kids ages 13, 17, 20 and 23) had plenty of room in the home and were very comfortable. Loved being 1 block from Publix too. The owner, David, was great at communicating and answering any questions and making recommendations for activities and dining in the area. We hope to stay again on a future trip!

Overall fun time!

5 adults, 1 eight year old, and a toddler had a great vacation! The pool is wonderful - they had a lot of pool toys and floats. Very short walk to the beach! My only criticism is that the beds were uncomfortable and noisy (creaks with slightest movement).

Perfect Location, Exceptional Hosts

Tropical paradise! We had an amazing time here. Such a beautiful home and surrounding area. Dave and Katie were perfect hosts. They were friendly and super helpful with any questions we had about the house or things to do. The location of this home is perfection. The house is located on a quiet street and it only took us a couple minutes to walk to the beach. The beach/fishing equipment provided was a super bonus! We enjoyed using the pool & hot tub overlooking the canal. We also enjoyed sitting on the dock watching manatees swim by. We will be booking in the future!!

Fort Meyers Beach house with Pool/dock on canal

My family had wonderful stay here! It was literally a 2min walk to the beach (just across the street) and a short walk to the Publix which was nice in case we needed to grab something quick, it was so close that it was faster to walk then drive. The pool and hot tub were great to have on those days when you maybe didn’t want to do a beach day, or coming back from the beach and have a quick swim. We brought our beloved doggie too and he had a great time as well. You can take dogs to the beach there so that was amazing for him. David and Katie were great and helpful hosts if we had any questions about the house or things to do around the area. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely place

It is a nice place with a pool on the canal, a short walk to the beach. But if you like your privacy, this is not the place for you. Multiple cameras aimed at the windows and pool. I understand needing security, but the cameras where aimed more at what the guests where doing.

David and Katie have a beautiful home that will check all of the boxes for your vacation. Having the beach toys, chairs and fishing equipment was such a huge help. I strongly recommend renting this property from these great people.

We are a professional couple who grew up in the Chicago area but are world travelers. Our dream is to have a home in Ft Myers Beach and one in Alaska. This home is the first half of that dream but at 3600 SQ ft. it's more than we need so you get the bottom unit! That unit is 1625 sq ft. For 8 months of the year From November to June we are at the property and are now residents. We stay upstairs and have our own private outside entrance. We use the pool area once a day but only when your at the beach or out for dinner. It works quite well. This is the BEST area on the whole island. Central Location and Quiet. and so close to the beach. You can watch Dolphins in the canal 25' from the house. We have a beautiful indoor pool and hot tub. And a screen over all. Very nice sitting area around pool. The new dock is just fantastic area to sun or chill. Allot of lounges and chairs provided. Bring your own boat and tie it to the dock.

At first light take your coffee and walk to the beach. Dogs are welcome on a leash while on the beach. Go north or south it doesn't matter because there's miles of beach in either direction. The best time to hunt for seashells is in the morning after a storm. or during low tide. Sometimes you will walk across 100s of star fish that washed up during the night or maybe a sand dollar or two. If you get hungry or thirsty there is always a wonderful restaurant nearby. 3 bicycles are provided if you want to use and a new beach wagon, 4 beach chairs and 3 fishing poles are available... Any problem that may arise we can correct fast. And if we’re not around our maintenance man can be there soon. Location Location Location. Need we say more? We stay up stairs with private entrance during the winter months November to June. We do share pool and pool deck but in a private responsible way we wait until you go to the beach then use the pool. It works quite well and you stay private and distanced.. the whole downstairs of house is yours and very private. Cleaned above world health and CDC standards, and beach is open. STR Rental#19-1380
