Ski in, Ski out Northstar-At-Tahoe 1 BRM condo

One of the oldest original condominiums at Northstar-At-Tahoe ski resort. A lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with pull out sleeper couch and also two single futon mattresses to sleep a maximum of 6. Fully stocked and newly remodeled kitchen and newly remodeled bathroom. Cozy gas fireplace keeps the condo toasty warm. Absolutely HIGHEST condo on the ski trail run. Fun sledding at the water tank right out the back door! Beautiful stain glass make this get away a special location you might want to re-visit year after year. My family has owned this since 1980, and I grew up skiing here. Reasonably priced and more convenient than any other rental out there! Let me know if you have any questions!! Great spot for the biking enthusiast!

We stayed here for the Tahoe Trail 100k MTB race, great spot if you have a racer racing as you could easily wait for your rider while staying indoors! Great place to stay if you also are looking to go on a mountain biking trip! Only downfall is that the unit has no AC, the cool nights with the windows opened helped. We did use the box fan in the unit to help keep the bedroom cool as we have a baby with us and she needed to be kept cool during her naps and at night.

Nice place, great ski access

We've rented many of these Ski Trails condos over the years. This has been my favorite. It has a nice remodel of the kitchen (well stocked) and bathroom. Nice lighting in the living room/kitchen. Lots of thoughtful touches. I had no problem stepping over the porch railing to access the ski trail. Just as described. Thoughtful owners with good communication.

Amazing location

Loved the location, view was amazing, parking was easy, unit had everything you needed for a fun ski week. Even sleds for playing in the snow. Claire was easy to communicate with and very understanding when I misread our check out time. We would definitely enjoy staying there again. Thank you!!!!

Great Ski Trails Unit - right next to condo run

My son and I had a great weekend visit here. This unit is on the first floor (fewer stairs) and in the building immediately adjacent to the Condo Run for true ski in/out. Everything was clean, lovely, and well stocked for our adventure. This was my son's favorite place to stay at NS (out of more than a dozen locations) - mostly because it had the most awesome reading chair of any place we've visited. Thank you!

Great Ski-in/Ski-out Location

Had an amazing stay despite being stuck in a blizzard. The house was clean and comfortable and it made it easy to get onto and off of the slopes. Will definitely stay here again!

Ski trip

We had a nice stay, fantastic location to the ski trail. Bed was comfortable. The towels are pretty stained but everything was well stocked. Wish the tvs were a little bigger in both the bedroom and living room. The bedroom one is difficult to see being small and lower than the bed. Would definitely consider this unit for another stay.

Great spot to stay when skiing at Northstar

Ski run right behind the condo made for easy access to the lifts. Nice wooded views. Slightly long walk to Northstar village (10 min down, 15 min uphill coming back), but that makes for a very quiet location.

Perfect location for the slopes

The unit was cozy and perfectly located by the village lift and gondola, great for our weekend getaway mainly for the slopes. Claire was great in responding when we had any questions, and at a great price. highly recommended

Great location with wonderful owners

This condo is a great location for skiing at Northstar. It has an open layout for a ski run condo and accommodated our family of 4 nicely. The kitchen is nice and works well. The bathroom was clean and everything worked! Claire is a wonderful host. She sent a comprehensive email, was very easy to work with and very responsive.

Great location, close to hiking trail and ski slope

Location was great as it was the end unit closest to Village Run. I didn't ski, so I hiked the trails up to Ritz Carlton and The Lodge. The unit was also very close to the trails. Kitchen and bathroom were relatively new so that's a plus. Cleaners didn't do a good job. There was hair in the bathroom still. The queen bed, sofa and floor pads were all too soft so we didn't sleep very well.

A great week for my son and I

We stayed at Claire's property for a week of biking and playing in the lake -- both my son and I had a wonderful time. The location was perfect (seconds way from the bike lifts at northstar with a bike path down right the front door) and the house was charming and set back in the woods. Claire made the process painless and easy. I would definitely stay again.

Top of the hill :)

Awesome place at the end of the road away from North Star chaos. Beautiful meadow adjacent which made for an awesome view. Would definitely stay again in the winter to enjoy snowboarding.

My family has owned the adorable and cozy 1 bedroom condo since I was 10! We still love vacationing here. My children learned to ski here as well. My brothers and I now manage the vacation rentals. Ask me any questions about renting. We know you'll love this location, ski in & ski out, as much as we do! The most convenient condo ski rental EVER. FUN times. Sleds available in the condo as well. This is the highest original Northstar condominum building on the mountain and directly on the ski trail. Newly remodeled and very cozy. Recreation Center at Village available for your use also including an amazing workout room, lap pool, and HUGE game room!

Ski up to the back door, ski out down to the village! Right next to the water tank for sledding. Rec Center is amazing in summer and winter. Golf course, tennis courts, and horseback riding in Northstar during the summer!
