This villa is conveniently located 5-10 minutes to Seven Mile Beach, a few minutes to the closest dive shop and within 20 minutes from the airport.

Superior ocean/pool views from the living room and master bedroom balconies, well positioned and one of the larger 2 bedroom footprints.

Designed in 'Island Chic' style for easy living and comfort.

The villa is updated, well-appointed, spacious, clean, and has abundant light.

The kitchen has everything for your morning routine; Cuisinart coffee maker, French press, Nespresso machine, Espresso maker, milk frother, coffee grinder and SMEG electric kettle.

Master bedroom: King size bed and ensuite bathroom.
Second bedroom: 'Twins that convert to a king' bed with a full bathroom next to it.
Mattresses: High quality and comfortable.
Linens: High quality 600-800 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets (Robert Gluckstein), DKNY towels (lots of them), Lacoste and Turkish cotton beach towels.

Best restaurant: 1 minute walk across the street at Restaurante Pappagallo
Other great restaurants: 5-10 minutes away (Cracked Conch, Calypso, Tukka, Morgans, Bacaro).

There is also a grocery store nearby.

Pappagallo Beach is a gorgeous undeveloped 2 mile stretch of pristine white sand. At your doorstep it is a snorkeler/naturalist’s dream come true, abundant with marine wildlife, bird watching, fishing, kite sailing, and walking trails.

This is a special place that prioritizes R(rest) &R (relaxation) &R (re-charge). A 'beach or pool chaise ' awaits you. Sit on the beach with a good book, listen to the waves, watch the birds, dig your toes in the sand, or count the shades of blue (80 so far). If you need a 'break' from chilling out, the 7MB jet skiers, para-sailing, bars, kids activities, dive shop, bike rentals etc., are just a short drive away. Your vacation can be as active or inactive as you want with full flexibility.

A pre-arrival information package is provided, and guests are properly welcomed with an in-person meet and greet. There is also 24/7 on island back-up support.

Guests regularly tell us that it is their best vacation ever, and that the attention to detail and extra TLC are some of the reasons many of them repeatedly come back.

Our 'Barefoot Elegance' villa is so much more to us than a rental property. We enjoy sharing a slice of 'island life' with our guests so they can create their own wonderful memories.

Direct daily flights are available from New York, Toronto, Chicago, Miami, Tampa, Atlanta, Houston, Denver, and Detroit.

Villa that has it all

Stayed here for a week with my husband and 7 y.o. son while we visited Grand Cayman for the first time and adventured around the island. The villa has it all! Great location to get to activities (with exception of rum point, botanical gardens, crystal caves and cayman parrot sanctuary but it is fun to adventure across the island to visit these) and tasty dining including being able to walk across the street to one of the best restaurants on island. It was clean and had everything we needed. Lee was very responsive and had a solid team on island to help and respond to any need. The view, pool, space, convenience to activities, amenities, and communication, including the multi-page 'guest notes' that we used to plan a very fun trip, are all excellent and make this a gem of a rental. We hope to come back and stay here again soon!

A Great Escape from Winter

Our week at Villa Pappagallo could not have been better. A spacious, clean and well-stocked condo with a great view of the pool and beach. There is an excellent restaurant right across the street, but you will definitely want to rent a car. That's so you can check out the Sticky Toffee Pudding at the Calypso Grill. As an added bonus, if you fly Cayman Airways from Chicago you're there in four hours with no connecting flight. Great trip!

Wonderful, well-maintained private condo and beach

Wonderful condo, very well maintained with everything we needed. Lee was especially hospitable and helpful throughout. Only thing worth noting is that our 3 year-old daughter really couldn't swim in the ocean between the coral right in front of the beach and the currents past them even if you go off the end of the dock, which were windier and rougher than Seven Mile Beach. However, for the space, condition of the apt, beach front location with rare privacy and gorgeous views from our balcony, thought the condo was terrific value and really appreciated Lee's warm hospitality. Looking forward to returning to Grand Cayman!

A great place to relax and unwind

Our two weeks at Villas Pappagallo unit #41 was just what we needed. This condo is spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. The view from the private patio of this unit across the lovely pool to the beach and ocean is hard to beat. The temperature of the well-maintained pool was perfect for us and there is plenty of seating and umbrellas around the pool as well as chairs and loungers at the beach. We enjoyed a trip to Rum Point and spent a day in Georgetown and on both occasions we had a really good lunch. There are numerous good restaurants around and we would say that The Cracked Conch was our favourite. A little slice of paradise.

Family Vacation

We had never been to Cayman before and we booked this condo based on location (away from 7 mile beach area) and value. We were not disappointed! We rented a car so we could drive around the island and get into the action when we wanted to but then we could also go back to our quiet, secluded condo. This condo is beautiful inside and out. Lee has decorated it with great style and taste! It is very clean inside and out. Lee was a pleasure to work with, answering all of my countless questions! She provides anything you might need for the week and also has very comfortable beds with luxurious sheets and towels. This condo is spacious! Lots of room to move. There are lots of beach towels so you don't have to pack your own. The views from the condo bedroom and living area are breathtaking! This complex is near many good restaurants within driving distance and even Pappagallo, which is right across the street. Our favorite restaurants were; Catch, The Cracked Conch, Macabucca and Guy Harvey's Restaurant. We traveled with our two kids ages 13 & 10 and they LOVED Grand Cayman. We would definitely stay at Starfish Villa again.

Beyond Expectations!!!

I just returned from a week long stay at Starfish Villa. What an amazing place! The location is the best on the island! Starfish Villa is in Villas Papagallo, which is a relatively small low rise condo complex with a private pool and beach that feels like it is your own. We spent hours walking along the beach, enjoying the warm breeze coming off the ocean. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the views from the balcony breathtaking. The condo itself was impeccably clean and nicely decorated. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, so cooking in was a pleasure. However, we did eat out a couple of nights and can highly recommend Ristorante Papagallo which is right across the street and Agua which is about 10 minutes away. Grand Cayman itself is lovely. The people are very helpful and everywhere we went we felt safe. I would recommend renting a car and driving around the island. There are many beautiful beaches and the snorkelling is awesome. There is no question we would go back!

Villas Pappagallo - a real treasure!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Villas Pappagallo in April 2015 for 9 days. What a delight! After booking the apartment, we were supplied with more information by the owner that helped us prepare and plan for our vacation. Sandy greeted us upon arrival. She was happy to answer any questions we had and left us to settle in and explore. At first glance, we were pleasantly surprised by the accuracy of the photos. I have ended up in rental units that often times look spacious and clean from the photos and unfortunately were not. This was NOT the case with this unit. It was large, clean, and well-decorated. The beds were big, comfortable and fresh. The towels were clean and plentiful. The kitchen was better equipped than our own. We immediately felt at home in our “temporary home”! The unit was a treat, but the property at Villas Pappagallo was the real treasure. We were looking to relax and decompress – VP was just the place! We found ourselves fall into a routine early on. Waking up early to the sun peaking through the bedroom windows, breakfast on the balcony, trips down to the pool, and long walks down the beach. Some of the best snorkelling on the island is directly off the VP jetty – we saw plenty of fun sea creatures. In the evenings, we found ourselves back on the balcony with a drink in hand. It was a level of relaxation we had never experienced! When we did decide to travel outside of the property, we were pleased to see that this wasn’t a cliché Caribbean Island. The locals are genuine and you won’t be harrassed while walking down the beach. We took trips to the Turtle Farm and Cracked Conch, Seven Mile Beach, Cemetery Beach and the East End. We felt comfortable everywhere we went and the island was easy to navigate by car. A must do is Stingray City. What majestic creatures! While we ate many meals at home, we did venture out to a couple meals during our stay. We ate Chicken Chicken for take-out, and dined out at Ristorante Pappagallo, Calypso Grill and Cimboco. All fantastic meals! The restaurants on the island provide something for everyone. Overall our experience was unforgettable! Lee has put a lot of thought, effort and care into making this place a home. She was responsive and her advice was extremely valuable. We hope that we have a chance to return to Villas Pappagallo in the near future and we will definitely recommend to all friends and family! Thank you Lee!

Perfect Island Getaway

My husband and I spent a week here for our honeymoon in April. We could not have asked for a more perfect getaway. Lee was responsive and resourceful right from the start. She answered all of our questions and made sure we had a thorough list of what to expect upon arrival and throughout our stay. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and were welcomed at the Villa. We were given a tour of the Villa and had an opportunity to ask questions and get settled. The condo was better than we had expected - the photos of this property do not do it justice. The kitchen is fully equipped, living room is comfortable, bedrooms are large and the bathrooms both include a shower with great water pressure. There is a dishwasher and washer/dryer right in the unit. The entire condo is very tastefully decorated. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay is here, it's just like being in your own home. The beds were comfortable with soft, clean sheets and plush pillows. There were more than enough beach and shower towels. There is a TV with cable and plenty of board games. Each room also has a large closet and has an outside balcony with seating. The balcony off the living room overlooks the pool and beach area, providing an excellent view of the property. Villas Pappagallo is secluded from the rest of the island, providing a relaxing, secluded area to refresh and rewind. There is a national park directly beside the Villas with a beautiful, natural landscape and a perfectly quiet place to walk along the beach. Seven Mile Beach is a short car ride away and Georgetown just a bit further. The entire island is accessible from Villas Pappagallo. We were so pleased to be staying in West Bay. Our two favourite restaurants were Ristorante Pappagallo and Cracked Conch, right in West Bay. Ristorante Pappagallo is just steps away from the Villa. The snorkelling and sunsets on West Bay were also highlights. We took a trip to rum point for an afternoon for snorkelling and lunch. This is an easy day trip in the car. There are so many things to see and do on the island, but we spent most of our days on the beach right out front Starfish Villa. The property was quiet and all neighbours were friendly and respectful. We cannot wait to come back to Grand Cayman. We will absolutely stay at Lee's condo at Villas Pappagallo again. I cannot think of one single disappointment or criticism. Great Vacation!!

Even better than advertised!

My wife, teenage daughters, and I planned a last minute trip to Grand Cayman, and after extensive research, decided on Pappagallo Beach Condos. The location was ideal for our purposes – we were looking for a two bedroom condo w/full kitchen, nice pool, good beach access and convenient to West Bay for SCUBA w/ CTD) The owner was extremely prompt answering our questions, and arranged for an island “greeter” to meet us shortly after arrival. “George” was very pleasant, and walked us through the unit, and the Condo grounds. The pictures posted of the unit we stayed in don’t really do it justice – the condo was in immaculate condition, and the owner thought of just about everything you need/want as a short term vacationer. The “basic” cooking essentials were already in the kitchen, including spices, cooking oil, etc., along with coffee filters, and a starter bag of coffee (especially important since we landed on Easter Sunday when all of the stores were closed). There were plenty of towels, spare linens, beach toys, board games (Othello was a hit), cards, etc. The condo is the top two floors of a three story building; you walk up a short flight of stairs to the main level, which had a kitchen, large living room, dining room, and two decks (off the living room, and the dining room). The upstairs had bedroom with 2 twin beds, full bathroom, and a huge master bedroom with a king size bed and private bath. The master bedroom had a large deck facing the ocean. Both decks had absolutely incredible views of the ocean, and the pool area. The condo grounds were immaculate; we saw George, and the other condo staff working every day to ensure that even the stray fallen leaves were picked up – and they pressure washed the deck leading out into the ocean. The beach is right outside the pool area, and leads to an area of ocean protected by a reef about ¼ mile out. The water is quite shallow – even at the end of the dock, it’s only about 4 feet deep. My wife and I swam out to the reef several times (w/snorkel gear); although it’s a long swim over a mostly barren plain, it’s worth it – the reef is stunning, with lots of fish, hard/soft corals, sponges, lobsters, etc. Pappagallo is in a fairly secluded area – there is really only one restaurant within walking distance and everything else was within a 5-10 minute drive. You'll want a car. Negatives? We'd be hard pressed to come up with any.

Perfect Getaway

Starfish Villa was our home away from home for 8 days. We were extremely comfortable. The owner was responsive to all our questions prior to showing up and provided for a local couple to meet us at the condo to show us around. If anything would have gone wrong, which it didn't, we would have had someone nearby to help us. Villas Pappagallo is secluded and away from all the bustle of Seven Mile Beach so we had perfect quiet at night and calm days. The patio is perfect for having coffee, breakfast or cocktails though it's only a few steps to the beach if you want to enjoy your beverages with your feet in the sand. Snorkeling off the dock led to the best protected inner reef on the island. We chartered with one of the dive companies to take us on a multi-stop snorkel trip and we kept feeling like the best spot was right out our door. We are grateful to Lee for sharing her vacation home with us.

Perfect Family Vacation!

We stayed at Villas Pappagallo over the Christmas period and it was perfect! The island is beautiful, Villas Pappagallo was fantastic and the condo was exceptional. The view from the balcony was stunning. The location is great - very serene, but a short drive to shopping, restaurants and 7 mile beach. The description in the listing is accurate. We will definitely be back!

Our weeks vacation was excellent.The condo was very comfortable, clean and very true to the listing The property in general was very well maintained and we enjoyed the pool and walking on the beach. We enjoyed the proximity to governors beach and cemetery beach for snorkeling. Fabulous restaurants like calypso grill, cracked conch are with in a 2 mile radius and of course the 2 minute walk to papa gallos across the street. The owner lee was very responsive and went above a beyond to make sure we were comfortable, we would thoroughly recommend this condo!

The Perfect Trip

My boyfriend and I stayed here for over a week and didn't want to leave! The condo is so relaxing and comfortable, we had a great time making our breakfasts in the kitchen and eating them out on the balcony with that breathtaking view. The restaurants around the island are so delicious we had a hard time choosing where to go for our dinners. Luckily our favourite was just across the street - Ristorante Pappagallo. The location is great for anyone who wants to take in all the sights. The Turtle Farm, Stingray City and Seven Mile beach are all so close you can do them anytime! I recommend bringing a camera on your trip to Stingray city as our photos from that excursion are my favourite. If you truly want to relax and not leave the property, there is plenty of fun at the Starfish Villa with the beach, pool and sun to keep you relaxed and entertained. We spent so much time off the dock right in front of the property snorkeling. We only came in to have lunch and would go right back out. This is the perfect location whether you want a relaxing vacation or want a more active trip that includes lots of scuba, site seeing and restaurant hopping. It can be whatever you want it to be. Thank you for all of the help setting up our trip Lee. It would not have been the same with out your all of your insider’s knowledge! Looking forward to our next trip out.

Location, Location, Location!

Our family enjoyed a fantastic stay at Starfish Villa. Everything that we needed or wanted was there... spacious living areas, a well-appointed kitchen, great view over the pool and ocean, the best dining that we found on the island across the road (Ristorante Pappagallo), and just the right combination of seclusion yet close proximity to amenities. The property is very clean and well maintained, and Lee took great care via phone and email to make sure that our questions were answered during the booking process and that we were well settled in after arrival. Our four-year old enjoyed the pools, the beach, the pelican and other birds on the pier, the nearby turtle farm, the parrots at Ristorante Pappagallo, the botanical gardens on the other side of the island, and the great seafood to be had everywhere we went. We would recommend the property to a friend or relative and would like to return one day!

Quiet and Comfortable

We had a great vacation and enjoyed the condo. It DOES have an amazing view! We loved the beach and pool. Condo was very comfortable- had everything we needed and I like the L shape and 2 story layout. It is in a very quiet location with a near private beach. It is an easy drive to the main attractions anyone might want to do. Lee, the owner, is very organized with every detail and all arrangements went perfectly. Any questions she is a phone call or email away. She also arranges a greeter to meet you at the condo upon arrival to introduce you. Very nice. We enjoyed all the restaurants we visited: Tiki Beach Cracked Conch Calypso Grille Deckers Papagallos We visited Caymana Bay and felt it was a hyped up bust for what it is. Left us feeling deserted in a created urban environment with stores you can't afford to shop in anyway : ) We booked a charter catamaran sail with Mainstay Sailing and it was outstanding. What a great day we had. We visited the Turtle Farm (my favorite place in the world). We went on Tues as we knew there were no cruise ships in port and it makes it all the better. A day of shopping in Georgetown and an afternoon jet skiing off Tiki Beach area rounded out the trip. The rest of the time I was sitting on the beach, very often enjoying it all by myself!! The family enjoyed visiting the beach at Calico Jacks and Tiki Beach in the late afternoon after the cruise shippers had left for a little more of the touristy beach feel. We had great weather (although I am not sure it could have been any more humid). Hot and lovely breezes. We would recommend your place anytime. Loved the décor and the linens- could not find the master bedding on IKEA though. I checked immediately! THANKS AGAIN for working on the fly with me. It all worked out beautifully.

Not Too Far Off the Beaten Path

For anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing beach vacation, this is the place! The beach is beautiful and the condo was very clean. There is a wonderful view of the ocean outside the master bedroom and living room. The kitchen is well-equipped and the whole place is very comfortable. Lee (the owner) even checked in with us the night of our arrival to make sure all met our expectations, and was readily available to help us with any questions we had. She even provided a very thorough packet of information pre-trip to help us make the most of our time there. It was so private, yet all the bustle of Seven Mile Beach is only about 10 minutes away! Everything is so close, but you feel like you have your own private beach! While there, we dined at Calypso (a long-time favorite), Agua, Luca, Pappagallo's - all were excellent. Other than that, we read and slept on the beach! Perfect vacation! Thank you Lee!

Pleased with Pappagallo

We loved your condo!! We wanted somewhere quiet and off of the beaten path. It was perfect for us. It was so quiet there, we had the place to ourselves. Fosters Food store wasn't too far and we could head down to Georgetown very easily too. Our favorite restaurant was The Wharf, but Pappagallo's was delicious too. The scuba diving was fantastic, we used Don Foster's and everything was perfect. The Caymanians are so friendly and overall we had a fantastic vacation. >

Peaceful location

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our trip and your place. We snorkeled on Cemetary Beach, swam with the Stingrays, toured the turtle farm, drove around every inch of the island and met some of the nicest people, both local and visitors. We came back so relaxed and can't wait to plan another trip to the Caymans! Thank you so much for helping us out at the last minute. We were so glad to be where we were this week instead of in a hotel room! The condo was so roomy and the beds were so comfortable. It was also so nice to have a big kitchen. We ate breakfast at home and packed a soft cooler with lunch, snacks and drinks each day which saved us a fortune and allowed us to stay on the beach longer!

We are a Canadian family who have owned at VP for many years (and four generations), and love it as much as the day we bought. We enjoy walking the beach, watching the seabirds, snorkeling off the jetty, and experiencing the Cayman 'laid back' lifestyle. Sometimes our main activity/accomplishment is if we can figure out what to have for dinner and it usually means walking across the street to one of the best restaurants on the island Restorante Pappagallo!

We have always loved that all the amenities are close by within 5-10 minutes, yet we can still get away from the 7 Mile Beach hustle and bustle to a very natural setting with the 'old Cayman' relaxed ambiance. The Best of both worlds.
The condos are big, spacious, with wonderful views. The lovely high ceilings make them feel even bigger.
We also know that this condo complex is the great value and a very special place.

The villa has great views, is spacious, comfortable, clean, well appointed and regularly updated in an 'island chic' style. Our guests tell us that they appreciate the small touches and comfortable beds. We are fully licensed and meet all the Department of Tourism requirements and we ensure that our guests have all the information they need before they arrive as well as reliable back-up once they are on island.
