72 foot Luxury Custom Houseboat "Big Dog"

Big Dog pricing is based on an 8-adult stay. Additional guests are possible at an additional cost (under approval).

May - Sep 3 Day minimum stay
Oct - Apr 2 Day Minimum stay

Pricing:
Apr - Sep $350 per day at the dock
$800 per day on anchor (holidays may be more)
Summer time weekends are reserved for on anchor guests due to popularity.

Oct 15 - Mar $350 per day at the dock
$650 per day on anchor (Weather permitting)

On anchor includes your captain to your anchorage, setup and retrieval. Renters can NOT navigate Big Dog. This allows you to enjoy a vacation on Big Dog without the responsibly of navigating and anchoring.

All fuel usage is the responsibility of the renter, this includes Houseboat and generator.

There is a two-person kayak, 2 stand-up paddleboards, and a 3 person inflatable tow-able included with each rental.

Big Dog is a NO smoking zone strictly enforced. Smoking will result in a $250 additional cleaning fee.

If Big Dog is left dirty with dirty dishes and accumulated trash your cleaning fee will be increased to pay for the additional cleaning. The cleaning fee charged includes leaving the boat as you entered the boat. Clean!

The luxurious Big Dog was designed for entertaining, features a gourmet Kitchen which provides a comfortable area for dining and enjoying the entertainment system with sound around and TV, couch, dining table, and just about every amenity you could desire. There are 4 separate staterooms for your privacy and comfort each with queen bed. There are one and a half baths and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. The upper deck incorporates a mini-fridge and a Wet bar, BBQ, Bose speakers, Big screen TV and much more.
